From the start I felt very comfortable going forward for my cataract surgery. Dr Mann is caring and professional. The whole staff was excellent and reassuring. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this procedure.

My mother just had a follow up after a surgery. Doctor Eric Mann is professional and very helpful. Unfortunately the billing lady is unprofessional, rude and in my opinion a scammer. She sold my mother a $75 eye drops labeled “for office use only, not for resale.” Stating that her insurance would not cover such a medication. “Presnisolone Moxifloxacin- Sterile Ophthalmic Suspension” (the purple cap) The receipt provided is not itemized. It doesn’t indicate what eye drops or that they were even sold at all. Sorry for Doctor Eric Mann but we will be seeking other places for future treatment. Even if it is legal to sell samples, that lady is just not worth our time and money!

My husband and I both had cataract surgery with Dr Mann. Not only is he very professional and attentive, the entire staff is very friendly and courteous. Never have to wait which is a plus. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with Samantha in the Billing Department At Dr. Mann’s office as been wonderful. She is so helpful in communicating with my insurance company when the claims do not get processed correctly.

Excellent! I like the Optos machine and how I could see pictures of the back of my eyes. It was very informative and I didn’t even need to be dilated. Dr. Mann is very professional and his office staff is very friendly.

Dr. Mann is very professional and helpful. He is a busy doctor but made me feel like a priority. The office staff was very nice and accommodating. Everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable with their Covid protocols. I am very happy that I was told to go to Dr. Mann and I suggest him to anyone who needs an Ophthalmologist.
