Leah R. Schonfield-Debitetto Do's Online Review Report Card

Dr Shonfeld is awesome. She was a great and patient dr. (she gets 5 stars, but this review is about the staff) Its the office staff thats the issue. Ive been a patient for 8 years now with the exact same insurance policy, and called to make an appointment. Now they are telling me there is no records of me, and they want me to start over. Because i was on a vacation to Bermuda on August 10th (21 days ago), they wont even consider setting me up in the system again until i take a PCR test with them on a virtual call. Jane the office manager got on the phone and told me that because i cant understand the words coming out of her mouth in a condescending tone and the concept of new patients and covid, i should go find a new dr as they dont want to bother going through setting me up again, and they arent worried about losing a long time patient. I really liked Dr. Shonfeld but her terrible staff is now preventing me from receiving care from her. I wish them the best of luck, but that practice will continue to suffer with that staff. Just look at every single review here.

The doctor is awesome no complaints there! I just could not stand the staff as well. The people who answer the phone are the worst. One time someone answered the phone and was very sweet and I’m upset I didn’t find out who that was. Other than that one of them needed to speak to my mother about an issue and because they never heard of a name like hers they immediately said they could not speak to her if she spoke no English without asking first. They just are very rude and hard to speak to. When I tried giving my information she kept cutting me off before I was done. STAFF is a ZERO for me. The doctor and nurse were awesome though! It’s too bad, they should consider a new staff because they are the first people patients will speak to. I have a family member that works at the pharmacy and the minute she saw the doctors name she knew the staff was hell to work with as well.

I have been going to Dr. Schonfield for about 30 years now. I can’t stress enough how patient and caring she is. I have been going to her since I was a teenager. She takes her time and is very through. If anything is out of the norm, she will send you to a specialist. I never seem to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. I have definitely recommended her to family and friends and they haven’t been disappointed.

I think Dr. Leah Schonfield is fantastic. I couldn't be happier that she is my primary care doctor. I know she is meticulous about my health and well being.

Dr. Shronefield is a wonderful caring person .The receptionist n nurses are good staff. Love them

I do not recommend this practice to anyone. First visit she commented on the dark complexion of my child and how her father must be “dark”. I felt it was offensive and insensitive, especially given the fact she knows nothing about me or my family. But even worse, my two month old daughter became incredibly sick and her condition was brushed off at two different appointments. It took me taking my daughter to the ER to figure out what was wrong. The ER recommended keeping her at the hospital given the terrible condition of her then diagnosed RSV. Lastly, the office manager felt it appropriate to speak negatively about her staff in front of me while at a visit. Do yourself a favor and do not take your children to this doctor.

This group is the best. Dr.Studint has help my husband thru some ruff times. The staff is friendly. We like the smaller practice, it is more personal. The office location is easy to go to with good parking.

I went in afraid it was going to be a horrible place on account of all the negative reviews but thankfully I had a great experience. From the receptionists to the nurses to my doctor, everyone treated me wonderfully. Especially the nurse Tiffany, was super sweet. Would definitely recommend!

Service is dreadful! They seem like angry people all the time. I think doc schonfield is pretty good though!

Never an issue. I am happy with my care from the team here.
