List of Matthew E. Krupnick Md's Reviews
My experience was so pleasant, the Dr. was wonderful and the STAFF that everyone is talking very negative about in some of these earlier reviews is not the staff that I was met with very recently. The office Staff working there now are nothing but helpful and very understanding.
Going to a GI Dr. is nerve racking enough for a lot of people so finding a Doctor and one with a Staff that makes you feel so comfortable and at ease is phenomenal. My experience with Dr. Krupnick, his reception staff and other medical staff was nothing but WONDERFUL!! I would recommend Dr. Krupnick to anyone in my family and any friend who needs to see a GI. The receptionist staff are so sweet and ...
This office should be closed. Mismanaged, they cannot answer the phone. Ever. I tried to cancel a procedure, called for two days, no one answers their phone. So I sent an email to cancel. They don't read their emails either apparently. Called me the day before to talk about my procedure that was scheduled. They have no clue what is going on. Seriously. Why do this to your patients? I gave up.
OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!! I don't understand how the Dr allows this behavior. It's a shame that in this day in age everything is based on reviews. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Find another gastro, no point in going here to be mistreated.
Office staff the worst...don't know how to be polite..rough as if in a fish market...no follow ups no calls nothing ..dont know what the doc did nor they are interested to send the reports to primary....so sad..never ever take a chance at this place there are lots of other good GI specialists
I was very afraid to do an out of office colonoscopy procedure that wasn’t performed in a local hospital but the facility I had it done in Morris County off Route 10 (Cedar Knolls) could not have been the most respectful, sanitary, had professional & highly attentive medical staff with great nurses, anesthesiologist and of course Dr Krupnick made the whole procedure pain free. I would highly recommend them to any person in need of this important procedure.
Dr Krumpnick has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is one of the best most caring doctor I’ve ever seen.
The office service is the worst. This people do not have manners, they give you attitude for no reason. They are not helpful at all, told me to go in person to drop off my insurance and referral in order to make an appointment. A week later. They did not call. I called later on to make the appointment and now they said that they do not have any referrals or my insurance information. The lady starting arguing on the phone saying that she did not talk to me and that my documents are nowhere to be found. At the end , she did not make my appointment and said that they do not deal with my insurance and that I would not be able to pay the exam out of pocket, Mind you they had mentioned that they take that insurance in the past.
Long time patient. Dr. Krupnick is the best and his staff has gone over and beyond for me. I am greatful to be in such good care.
Horrible be careful

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
