I LOVE MY DOCTOR OFFICE ... they are so loving & welcoming! They are nothing but a big help from the time I come in to walking out the door!! The ladies at the front desk never fail to make me laugh Kim & Lori & Patty. Doctor Stephen's is my Doctor she is also very loving, caring, professional & helps me with my needs

Previous reviews had me concerned to bring my wife BUT we had a very positive experience here. The office personnel were very welcoming and nice, the doctor and her assistant were clear, supportive, well informed, and listened to what my wife had to say.

This is the WORST office I have ever dealt with!!! The receptionists are so rude I can't believe they allow them to work there. I have been gung up on 4 times when I requested to cancel an appointment. I was then sent a $70.00 cancelation fee. Called the office to dispute the charge and again was hung up on multiple times. I hope the doctors in this office read these comments because they are loosing so many patients do to their extremely rude staff!

Whoever answers the phone is exceptionally rude. I had something come up and needed to reschedule, but when I asked when the next appointment was she just rudely said the doctor is booked and I need to come to my appointment. She offered no other dates. I hung up and took the no show fee (which I was also not informed about, but I'd rather pay $70 then call again and argue).

I agree. The receptionist or whatever position she is is so rude. She acts like she is doing you a favor if you ask for an appointment. Some people just should not be in customer based roles

I see why this place has a two star rating.. very rude and does not know how to speak to people, can only imagine how they treat their patients. The lady especially who handles billing is very unfit and unstable for her job. She was very quick to get nasty with me over the phone and truthfully she should not have her job. I work at an attorneys office and I have never dealt with this customer service before in my life.. it was absolutely horrendous. There are so many people out there who deserve this job way more than she does. And then could not even tell me her name? How unprofessional. Don't you introduce yourself when making a phone call? I am not sure shes legally allowed to work there. I recommend no one see these people if you do not handle disrespect.
