ZERO STARS! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT and sense of urgency for patients. Four weeks ago, I paid for an office visit, then paid for an MRI the next day. FOUR weeks today and despite repeated calls to his office, I've yet to hear back from Dr. Munoz for diagnosis and treatment for a painful fibroma. I've found another doctor. My husband and I have been using Dr Munoz for our foot issues for years. He made a house call for a followup visit after my plantar fascia surgery. He is the most pleasant, calm, and patient man/doctor. I've seen how he is with his elderly patients and it's just heart warming to see. My 82 yr old mother just thinks he's the sweetest.
