List of Saint Clare's Dover Hospital's Reviews
Erica at the Dover clinic is fantastic , the whole group at the clinic are very polite and helpful!
I was admitted 4/3/22 early am.They took excellent care of me, actually they saved my life!!! Went the ER in life threatening respiratory distress, they worked get and assist me breathing again for approximately 8 straight hours to avoid intebating & putting me on a ventilator. I was fortunate enough to get a room on the 4th floor (room 435) I had the BEST care ever!!! Each and every person in that area is absolutely professional and compassionate!!!Every one in the emergency room went above and beyond to help me!!!
This is the second time to the ER and on both occasions we didn't ever see a doctor, only a physician assistant. The staff is rude and dismissive, especially of older patients. The hospital is dirty and dark. If you have a serious emergency they appear ill-equipped to deal with it and if you are here for something less serious be prepared to wait.
They have the latest high tech equipment and top notch nurses.
I was scheduled for a DEXA and a routine mammogram today. One was at 1:20 and the other not until 3:45. I had good fortune of having Jamie as my tech who graciously performed both one right after the other with speed and precision! Thank you to her for a great job and accommodating me ! Ps all the staff was excellent too at the desk!
Great hospital ,nurses and doctors are awesome
Unfortunately I was diagnosed with breast cancer for the 3rd time after a double mastectomy. I am confident this will be my last time under the care of Dr. Ukranskyj. She has been so thorough with ordering many tests to include MRIs, Cat Scans and blood work at St. Claire's Hospital in Dover and will continue to monitor me. St. Claire's Dover Radiology provided excellent care especially the compassionate conversations with scheduler Ines. I received excellent care with the surgery center and all departments involved with my care and thoroughly recommend St. Claire's Hospital.
This hellspital is a complete joke ! I wouldn’t send a roach here ! The nurses and physician assistant I encountered were completely rude , cold, prejudice, disrespectful and gossiped like children. Not to mention the physician assistant is a complete liar which is dangerous, especially in the medical field. I’ve never witnessed such hate from medical professionals and I’ve been in some of the worst hospitals. The nurses and physician assistant should be drug tested because only people under the influence of drugs would act so carelessly. Stand clear from this place, you’ll be better off receiving care from an auto shop.
Derrick in radiology was very helpful
Upon arrival I could see that the er was dead, very few patients including myself. The nurse who did my EKG was very rude to my emts for absolutely no reason at all. I immediately felt I was an annoyance to staff before I was even put in a room or spoke to anyone. EKG nurse, no idea her name because she didn't introduce herself, was very cold. Next RN that came in, took my info, etc was also very cold and I again felt like I was an annoyance to her. Very uncaring. I had gone in for persistent chest pain and i felt like not one staff member took me seriously because I am 31. Anyway, she never came back to check on me ever. But I could see and hear her and the rest of the nurse staff at their desk bad mouthing patients, and complaining about their schedules and they were openly talking loudly. They did not care who heard. Again, the er was dead, most of the beds were empty. Yet I received the absolute bare minimum of "care". Not one test or procedure was explained to me in any way. ER doctor who spent all of 3 minutes with me collectively was also cold. I did not feel one ounce of care from any member of staff the entire time. The nurses should not be nurses honestly, because they don't have any sense of care for the patient. Why are you a nurse then? The only time anyone checked on me was if I needed blood drawn. It was just crazy. When it came time to discharge me I got a 30 second instruction. I had to ask what follow up medication to take. I still had the EKG wires hooked up to me, she took wires off and left all the little sticky things on me. I've had several ekgs before and never did a nurse leave those on me. She gave me my paperwork, closed the curtain and said "exits on your left". She knew I came in by emt, no one ever asked how I would be getting home, if I needed to call anyone, etc. It was so weird. As I walked out the RN who took my info upon arrival was standing there, looked me in the face and just ignored me. Not even a bye feel better. Nothing. Just totally looked through me. Never experienced a hospital like this. And again I stress it was NOT busy. Bottom line is DO NOT GO. Unless you have a harpoon coming out of your chest or your heads literally cracked open, go to Morristown if you can help it. Oh there was also what looked like fresh blood on the bedsheets. And something splattered on the wall. Who knows what kind of bodily fluid it was.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
