Sergey Rybalov Md's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient for this doctor for about 7 years now, and I like him a lot. Recently he did some tests for me for stomach pain and found the problem. He prescribed medication just to find out from the pharmacy that is not covered by my insurance. After numerous phone calls back and forth with his office and the pharmacy, the doctor called me personally and explained what was the reason for the delay in obtaining my medication. And it turned out that they were trying to appeal the denial from the insurance company which took some time to resolve. He also explained what my second option for a treatment was so I finally got my medication. If there is anything they could improve on, is communication with patients.

My experience with Dr. Rybalov was very positive in spite of Coronavirus difficulties. Everything went nice and smooth. Thank you, for everything!

No recomiendo en lo más mínimo este Doctor, no se preocupa por sus pacientes, solo le interesa enviar el bill al seguro y cobrar por su mal servicio, y ni que decir de las asistentes que atienden al público, nunca solucionan nada, no devuelven llamadas, nunca tienen información de nada, pésimo servicio, mi esposa estuvo esperando 3 meses para que le enviaran la orden para un examen, y nunca recibimos la orden y cuando se llama a reclamar le echan la culpa al seguro, pésimo consultorio, el peor.

Dr Rybalov was my spouse's & my gastroenterologist for about 8 years. 1st, when my spouse started bleeding rectally he blamed on hemorrhoid's even though he had done a coloscopy & knew my spouse had developed a small section of ulcer in the large intestines. He waited almost 4 months with no success of medications & then said the whole colon had to be removed. We had to threaten a medical malpractice to get him to assist in providing the correct treatment which did save the colon. 2nd, then 6 years later I acquired c.diff from the hospital my father was dying in. I kept calling his office to notify him but my calls were ignored. I was sick for 6 days & ignored when I rushed to the hospital requiring 8 days quarantined in the hospital & a month at home. My primary had to get another doctor to address the c.diff & oversee my case. 3rd issue, he refuses to release my medical records to me. Don't go to this person if you can help it.

Very thankful for Dr. Rybalov and his staff for their professionalism and attentive care to my condition. I am so fortunate to find a doctor that is so competent and patient. Highly recommend this doctor.

Me parece increíble que casi nunca hay una persona que hable español, he tardado hasta 1 semana tratando de que me comuniquen con alguien que hable español, incluso la última vez que tuve mi cita era para que me dieran los resultados de un una endoscopia y no había nadie que hablara español 😡. El doctor Sergey es un excelente Gastroenterologo pero lo malo es la atención del personal.

Cleanliness in the office appears not to be a high priority. The carpet leading to the examining rooms contained dirty spots, and the smell of urine was strong. It was offensive and obviously lack of cleanliness doesn’t help with patients’ confidence.

Has been very effective, professional and knowledgeable

Dr. Ribalov is quiet but very knowledgeable in his specialty. He is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

Dr. Rybalov is very professional, has a great bed side manner and nice personality. Thank you, Dr. Rybalov, for everything!
