Dr. Bigelsen responded to our call in less than one hour. My daughter was a new patient and during this Covid-19 scare he willingly took her on as a new patient via screen time. Dr. Bigelsen was so patient and explained everything in terms we could understand. He was also a great listener. He explained that we could call anytime and if it meant working more hours he would do that for any patient! He also started treatment with the least invasive option. Dr. Bigelsen is the doctor of choice! He earned a 10 out of 10.

His office staff at both offices are the rudest women I have ever seen. He rushed thru my appointment because I was the last one of the day. He gave a air that he did not believe me or my allergic reaction that I had previously had. He did not want to draw blood because he saw it pointless. Yet only wanted to dicuss me eczema which wasn’t even why I was there!

Dr. B gives each patient his utmost attention and explains the "why" aspect of his diagnosis and treatment. He is an excellent listener and is never in a rush to move on to his next patient. I have been his patient for as long as he has been in practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bigelsen over 15 years. He is very thorough, always takes time to discuss the issue never rushes through appointment. Diagnosis it's always spot on. Never have to wait for appointment very long nor did wait time in the office ever takes long.

He is a knowledgeable, caring, approachable, physician. He in my opinion is a doctor's doctor. I would highly recommend him!!!!!

I chose Dr. B based on the ratings he had here andI was not disappointed. I called at noon time and got an appointment at 3:15. I was seen exactly on time. Dr. B sat with me for a very long time explaining all of the possible causes for my issues. He made a plan for me to follow to help determine the cause and help my issues. He not only told me, but actually taught me why and how things worked. I left feeling confident that I had answers to my situation and new knowledge to prevent future issue
