If I could give this man negative 86256 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS MAN. My grandmother died under the care of this man and he doesn't even have the compassion to return a phone call to the family. Never even spoke to us once during her care while we were unable to be there due to covid. AVOID this man like the plaque. DO NOT TRUST.

I cannot believe someone else had a similar experience as I did. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO DIE. He is never there, does phone calls as consults which is someone acceptable, never is in contact with the family...I cannot believe this man calls himself a doctor. My dog could care for someone better. Do not trust Dr. Grella. Your loved one will DIE.

This man was unfortunately in charge of my dad at kindred hospital. Was never around we could never get in touch with him. He would never get back to us after leaving him several messages. My father had an infection for three days with high fever and all he would give is Tylenol. My father died of a septics infection that he misdiagnosed didn’t care that we begged him to give him antibiotics he was never to be found. My regret is not finding another physician maybe my father would still be alive. By the way this is the third post I have placed. It seems That the “good” dr. Greta doesn’t like the truth and has the posts deleted.

Possibly the worst Dr. if he wants to call himself that. Was never available misdiagnosed my father and let him die of sepsis infection when we called his service for three days demanding that he be put on antibiotics and the “good doctor did not return our calls or care about our concerns. Stay away from this uncaring privileged monster. You caused my fathers death....

HE NEVER SAW MY MOM EVEN IF HE IS THE DOC. WORKS WITH NP AND NP SEES PATIENT. RECEIVED STATEMENT FROM INSURANCE THAT HE SAW MOM.

My mom is being cared for @ Kindred in Dover. Although she has only been there a week and it looks like she'll be there for awhile I thought I would write now and maybe when she moves on, I will try to write again. Dr. Grella met with my mom and I when she was admitted to Kindred. I have asked my mom's nurses for Dr. Grella to call with updates and he always does. I unfortunately got sick myself so I have not been in to visit with my mom so I can't tell for sure how she feels about the doctors caring for her. Dr. Grella answers all my questions and never rushes me off the phone. He diagnosed one of my mom's issues (too much pain meds) from the prior hospital within minutes of meeting us, one that I was concerned about but didn't even have to mention it, Dr. Grella picked up on it and has been trying to find a happy medium for my mother. To me that shows he is compassionate and aware of her needs. I hope when my mom is ready to leave Kindred I will feel as positive as now. Time will tell.
