To stay loyal to my doctor and home base - be it for convenience or comfort, I travelled back 5 towns to see Dr. Hoffman. After scheduling a month out. Getting the last fasting appointment of the morning - 10:50 am. Not eating. Losing hours for work. Dropping off my daughter as I am a single mother. Two unexpected time consuming detours (one being RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE WHICH TOOK YOU IN CIRCLES OTHERWISE). To have her receptionist tell me Dr. Hoffman will not see anyone who is late due to the holiday. No reasoning as if this were entrance to see the Pope or President. As if this were a fun event for me to intend to starve and delay further. Should I have the same reaction when I sit in an empty room waiting for Dr. Hoffman or any other professional to walk into a room? You are guilty of this Dr. Hoffman. I would hope that your patients are usually understanding as they realize you are only doing your best and not intentionally trying waste anyone’s time, as I myself would understand it. I am not asking for golden treatment but a little courtesy would’ve been appreciated. You have no idea what people have to go through to meet your LIMITED and unforgiving schedule. I will never return. Happy Thanksgiving.

Excellent as always. Even though I'm a nurse, I appreciate her explanations, consideration of my opinions and we work together to decide on the best course of action for my healthcare. I'm very satisfied with her management.

Dr. Hoffman is a very thoughtful and thorough doctor. She asks questions, listens ,provides a recommendation but does not necessarily push. In a world where everything is drive thru and fast, she is exactly the kind of doctor you need when you have an issue.

Dr. Hoffman is skilled, kind, compassionate, encouraging, wise... there really aren’t enough superlatives. This may sound crazy - I LOOK FORWARD to going to the doctor. Until now, I’ve never had a doctor I liked, and now I’m never leaving! Office staff is amazing, also. Capable, helpful, friendly... it’s like bizarro world!
