I see that the doctor has 5 stars. I had nonissues with doctor and his abilities. Few visits and he is genuine good doctor but all of the back office management is horrible. The billing process was extremely painful and horrible. In general When you visit the doctor you ask the first question: do you accept my insurance. I was repeatedly told yes. No one from the office said to me that they don’t accept my insurance. And that they are out of network Otherwise I would it have not returned. I would have stayed in my network. I had three visits for total of $613 in uncovered expenses. I was never told the insurance didn’t cover the expenses. When I tried to complain and speak ,The doctors office didn’t even have common courtesy of apologising for their mismanagement. The office manager was very unprofessional and uninterested in discussing issues. Not to mention duplicates billing and time spent dealing with extra hassle. Just confirm with them to be sure they accept your insurance.

Dr Karu Senior is the best. It's been so many years after going to this doctor because I had to move, but still he is the best doctor ever. He is patient and takes time to answer all the question. I dont hesitate to recommend anyone. I did have some issues with Dr Karu Junior, but Senior is miles apart.

I am visiting my family and happened to search for a doctor near my daughter's house. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Karu. He is knowledgeable and practical. A wonderful doctor. Dr. Karu and his staff are beyond helpful and nice. I highly recommend him!
