He is a good doctor but I gave 2 Stars because of his Staff. You can never speak to someone and get your issues resolved, you have to leave a voicemail and pray that some one will return your call “soon”. So much for having “My Chart” the staff looks at your message and does not reply. My pharmacy has been calling and leaving voicemails but they have not responded and the result is I don’t have my medication to take as scheduled — really considering looking for a new doctor. Terrible Back office and Management overall

didn't do what he was supposed to. did not inspect the patient properly and wrote recommendations that did not pertain AT ALL to the patient

Dr. Boateng came to my rescue at St Peters ER on Wednesday after several others were unable to insert a catheter when they confronted a scar tissue in the way. Dr. Boateng used a procedure that the others were probably not certified to use and he solved a very painful situation quickly and professionally. His approach was direct and masterful and his demeanor was calming while in a very tense situation. Thank you Dr. B for all that you did.

Tl;dr - i have had a challenging experience with aspects of my treatment here. The doctor is decent and calm but towards the end of the treatment I didn't feel fully comfortable with the service provided. I wouldn't reccomend going this doctor, especially at his current office.The doctor has a very calm demeanor which is refreshing and awesome. Before my procedure we had a lengthy call and meeting and he answered all questions i had, so i felt comfortable. I had a procedure that went well but during the follow up it felt like my questions/concerns were being dismissed instead of understanding what im experiencing which caused a bit of hesitation on going back in the future.The administration is what is super painful to work with, I had left an initial negative review when I had difficulties getting into contact with someone and they mentioned it was because they were migrating to a new system so I removed the review, but the issues still persist today. Every time you call in your pretty much forced to leave a voice mail and never directly in contact with someone. Nurses will not provide accurate information regarding follow ups, I was told there was no charge but then received a bill. Upon attempting to pay the bill, the website listed will not accept the payment code on the bill and the phone number just loops without accepting an extention number to continue forward. I had gone on Friday to talk to someone in billing, turns out they leave at 12pm on Fridays (wish I had this job) and I had left a message to get a call back from both billing and the doctor, didn't hear back until the following wendnesday from billing and haven't received a call from the doctor yet.So yeah, don't go here if you want a seamless medical treatment.

Dr. Boateng is a wonderful doctor. He is the complete package. He is intelligent, thorough without being excessive, and has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I have seen in my 61 years. Most importantly he is genuine and an extremely good person. Thanks Doc...

Doctor Boateng is a great doctor easy to talk to, I highly recommend him!

Need new front desk people to answer calls very insufficient and no one cares about the patients , can’t get a doctor on the phone or the doctors are not getting the messages.

Dr. Boateng has a wonderful bedside manner. He also explains things in an easy to understand manner, without sounding condescending. I am so glad that he was the first and only Urologist I will ever go to. I have another Doctor in a different area of specialty and he also highly recommended the practice!!

I met Dr. Boateng in an emergent medical situation at St. Peter’s Hospital. Dr. Boateng was professional, relatable and had a very calming bedside manner. He took the time to explain the condition and subsequent procedure in detail. I am very pleased with the care I received and would recommend him without reservation.
