List of Anup Patel's Reviews
I do not review Dr. Patel because I had to cancel my appointment due to unprofessional staff at the front desk. Lack of communication, bad customer service, providing wrong insurance information telephonically when scheduling an appointment. I was also told that on Thursday the office was open till 12:00 PM to force schedule me for morning hours. The office is overbooking patients. I was scheduled at 10:30 AM. At 11:00 I was told that I needed to wait because there are many patients before me. I left with no doctor service. I have never seen so unorganized and unfriendly office. Again, I am not rating Dr. Patel, but his supporting staff.
No masks for staff. Had to leave before seeing ever seeing the dr. due to this. First dr office I have been to where all the staff didn't wear a mask (although masks are not mandated by the state) but with rates soaring wasn't worth the risk
I am currently a patient of Dr. Patel’s and a registered nurse of over 10 years. This past Friday I dropped a glass desk onto my toe and Saturday it was still bleeding. Dr Patel’s office allowed me to come in shortly after they were due to close to be treated. Dr Patel provided quick diagnosis to my lacerated/broken toe, quality stitching/dressing application, as well as prompt antibiotic treatment. He even addressed my pain issues on a Sunday through his answering service. My toe seems to be healing well and if the doctor office didn’t stay open to take me in I would have likely ended up with an infection or had to go to urgent care. I highly recommend this doctor, him and his staff provide good care. Thank you Dr Patel & staff !
Dr. Patel is friendly and courteous. He does not rush you and answers and explains all options to solve the problem. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule and appointment and minimal office waiting time.
I have been going to Dr. Patel for many, many years and would highly recommend him. He is always pleasant, very compassionate and always willing to address any and all of your questions. I trust all of his decisions and he always explains the options for treatment so you can decide what is best for you..
Terrible experience and I suspect this involves malpractice also. Dr. Anup took a sample for warts from my son's foot, and sent it to a non participating lab which costs over $400, never shared results back with us. Then in the same session without results from lab, he recommended a compound (glycolic + Salicylic acid) to be purchased from a non insurance participating lab in california with exorbitant costs. Dr Anup refused to give us the medical prescroption as well. Now we have a bill of $480 sitting on our head, for skin test, for which no results were ever shared. This doctor must be reported for malpractice.
Best office experience I have ever had ! Upon entering the office I was welcomed with happy faces ! Staff was amazing and I was brought in right away with minimal wait time ! Office was so clean and comforting ! Dr Patel thoroughly explained to me my diagnosis as well as any questions I had with it.. now I have no more foot pain thanks to dr Patel ! Would recommend this office to everyone! Great job Dr. Patel and staff !
Highly recommend. Excellent surgeon, good bedside manner, and quite funny too!
Dr.Patel failed us on so many levels: 1) Hard to get appointment at convenient time 2) Long wait time in office 3) Incorrect diagnosis which resulted in cast that was not necessary! 4) Unproven/experimental treatment and procedures that were not paid by insurance company. Ultimately we lost 4 months and around $1000 for nothing. Another doctor helped us for 3 visits within one month.
"Horrible experience” , Dr Patel may be qualified but has no experience in handling warts . Absolutely hopeless practice, very unprofessional and I suspect this involves malpractice also. They did a test for wart, sent it to a non participating lab , the laser machine for wart removal which was promised was not there , instead of removing wart on follow up appointment he applied a solution I have a bill of $284.50 sitting on my head, and $ 90 paid in co-pays and my wart has not been removed .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
