This place is always great and takes me right away! Would recommend!

I went in before my flight to Florida because of a cough, sore throat, chills. Dr. Raffi diagnosed me with bronchitis in four lobes & prescribed meds. Postponed flight for 3 days. Dr. Raffi was very pleasant, clean rooms, short wait, will go again👍👍

Sean was so amazing with my son. My son has always avoided going to see Drs but we decided to try this place out. Sean made him feel very comfortable and was able to diagnose him right away!! Thank you so much!!! We really appreciate it and will definitely be back any time our family needs to see someone.

The staff is so understanding and sweet. My eye was burning and closing itself; there was a lot of pain. The doctor, Sean, helped a lot by giving me with numbing drops and antibiotics. Because of him, my eye is feeling so much better and I can see clearly again. The best!!

I have been to this urgent care a number of times for myself or my husband. We had always gotten great care. But recently I returned only to have a very disappointing experience. The nurse did not listen to anything I had to say and why I was there. She then gave the wrong information to the PA who also did not listen to me and was only going by what the nurse told her. She even seemed confused about why i was there. She then rushed through my visit. Took my blood and ran unnecessary blood tests giving me a large bill from labcorp.

My daughter hurt her knee at school yesterday literally while I was on my way to pick her up from school so we can catch a flight to Charlotte for her cheer competition. We stopped at Brunswick Urgent Care on our way to the airport and Debbie, Mel and Sean were so accommodating with our situation, given the time constraint. They took care of my daughter right away, checked her knee out, X-rayed it, wrapped it up and helped me feel comfortable she was OK to get on the flight. It was such an incredibly stressful situation where I had to make split second decisions on what to do and I can’t thank them enough for the highest level of care and consideration. This is why we keep coming back. Thank you!!

I have visited this urgent center multiple times over the years, and I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. During my most recent visit, I was feeling unwell and left without receiving any instructions for my cough from the doctor. I later spoke with Peggy, who informed me about an over-the-counter medication that interacts with my current medications. She claimed that the doctor had told me about it, even though she was not present during the consultation. She put me on hold and reviewed my chart, but it seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and instead redirected me to contact my specialist. In addition while I was waiting to be seen, I overheard the staff making follow up calls to other patients. While I home it made me question why I was treated differently, especially since I had paid my copay just like everyone else. I didn’t cause any issues. It is crucial for your staff to learn how to treat everyone equally, regardless of their circumstances. It would have been appreciated to receive a check-in call, especially considering my diagnosis. I have decided that I will not be returning to this urgent care.

Amazing and quick service. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. Can’t recommend this urgent care enough!
