Dr. Elshinawy and entire office staff were all very very nice. I got taken in on time, a bit early, actually. Dr. Elshinawy listened to my concerns, and has helped me greatly to improve some sleep problems. Overall, I am very happy to have found this office.

Called here to make a new patient appointment . Secretary answered the phone and said she was transferring me to Somerset to make an appointment . I didn’t want to make an appointment at another office because the one I called is closer . She didn’t even ask me what office . When she transferred me to Somerset no one picked up . Tried calling back twice again and was put on hold without a greeting . Unprofessional .
