Dr. Altmann is knowledgeable, personable, patient and caring. He takes the time to listen to and address your concerns. He explains why he is recommending any treatments or medication. Dr. Altmann or a staff member always calls with the results of any tests that are done and specifies any next steps that are needed and why. As a patient I have confidence in what Dr. Altmann recommends and feel I am getting the best care from an excellent cardiologist.

Dr. Dory Altman is man who is not just a top practitioner of his skill of study, he genuinely cares about your over all well being. He is man who you can talk to candidly and feel as if respects you and your feelings towards the care he is offering. That’s a rare breed of doctor, one who can check his ego and lead with honest love and respect. Thank you Dr. Altman for caring for me as a human and not just another patient.

Dr. Altmann is a superb physician. He is thoroughly professional and takes the time to both carefully listen to the patient and to explain simply and clearly what and why he is recommending and/or prescribing. That's what you want your doctor to do.

I have been a heart patient since my first of two CABG 1981 Dr Altman has been my Cardiologist since approx 2000. He has performed several cardiac/stent angioplasties my heart. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I have received from Dr Altman and happy to recommend.
