First Choice Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I have a history of back problems and First Choice is the only place I experienced true relief. There's one on one dedication to your regimen and it's done with professionalism and respect. The location is clean and the equipment is top notch. Matt and Brandon are very knowledgeable and make sure you get the best attention. I definitely recommend First Choice.

I was referred to two PTs by my orthopedic, and I chose to visit Dr. Matt Farag at First Choice Physical Therapy (FCPT). On my first visit, he introduced me to Dr. Maggie, who has been my primary PT for the past ~4 weeks. Mr. Brandon (PTA) and Ms. Rawan (front desk) make up the rest of the Staff at FCPT. While this is my very first experience with PT, to specifically strengthen the muscles on one side of my left knee, weakened by, I assume, normal wear and tear. I do not know where to begin. Maggie is a highly skilled and experienced PT. She was quickly able to independently diagnose my condition and set me up with a rigorous PT plan. From about the end of my second visit, my knee pain was significantly reduced. Shortly thereafter, I was able to walk without much knee pain. Then, Maggie increased some of the weights I used, as well, the level of difficulty of my exercises. I am able to move quite well again, with little, if any, pain. Based on my interactions to date with Matt (business owner) and Maggie, as well with Brandon and Rawan, I am thrilled that I came to FCPT first. This team is just absolutely superb, in everything they touch/do, with/to their patients. They are highly skilled and deeply knowledgeable, with only one focused singular goal - make the patient recover, feel less pain, AND better, approach to patient treatment: highly patient-specific and individually customized. The PT space is a large, naturally-bright, very neat and clean, organized, and spotless. To top it all, their clinical expertise combined with a keen sense of humor, big-hearted camaraderie, and invigorating banter, make for a really FUN time - at EVERY visit. I feel truly blessed - and fortunate - to have Matt & Team help us all feel, get, and remain better. As my treatment duration begins to wind down, I half wish that I could find a reason to keep coming here...for me, it is a truly therapeutic experience, and goes much beyond the obvious reason of my coming here in the first place.
