Dr.Harnly did not diagnose my son , he had a winged scapula which was easy to see but she never looked at his back . She only discussed the small tear in his labrum which was not causing his pain . We went to another much better orthopedic surgeon who easily found this problem . He was able to correct with physical therapy , no surgery needed to fix labrum tear which is what Heather Harnly spoke about upsetting my son terribly . She was also rude and only wanted my 16 year old son to speak in the room . We called her after seeing the Dr that found the problem and told her , She listened quietly and then replied , good luck to you and your son . Absolute worst experience with her .

Not understanding doesn’t care if your in pain and doesn’t care about her patents. I don’t recommend go somewhere else worse service I ever received I will definitely never be going there again

Very professional and explains things to where you understand. The office is very clean and the receptionist is very nice and professional. She did a great job on my sons knee surgery! I would definitely recommend Dr. Harnely to a friend or family member.

Dr.Harnely has been very efficient, informative, understanding. She has treated my sons broken fore arm. We have been very much impressed by her treatment. She has been kind enough to see the pateint even though we have been late on appointment due to traffic incident.

So let me start off by saying this review is about her staff - I refused to follow up or see thsi doctor due to the staff you need to deal with prior to even getting to make an appointment with this doctor. The staff is uncaring, nasty and unaccomodating. They have absolutely no compassion towards parents going through traumatic times trying to get an appointment for their seriously injured child. I have now chose to drive 2 hours away to a ped ortho because the nast nurse and receptionist.
