A great experience every step of the way, I came to Dr Horowitz regarding an issue that turned out to be a non-issue but while I was there he noticed that I had a severely deviated septum that had led to breathing issues I previously thought were normal. He fixed the issue and it is like I am breathing out of a whole new nose. He was personable and knowledgeable every step of the way.

The lady/ nurse in front office was rude and full of lies . She wasted my time saying she will schedule my next appointment and finally dint schedule appointment saying that I need to get audiology test before my appointment is scheduled . She doesn’t care to read notes to explain patients , can’t comment on doctor as they let me see the doctor . Very very rude and bad behavior from the front office lady .

Dr. Jay Horowitz is an incredible doctor! Dr. Jay Horowitz performed a tonsillectomy surgery for me and overall, the surgery went perfectly! The pain was minimal and the site of surgery healed very well. Dr. Jay Horowitz was able to answer the countless questions I had for him before and after the surgery and was also able to cool my nerves the day of. I have gone to Dr. Jay Horowitz in the past for other ENT purposes and his wit, professionalism, and kindness is what makes him so great and able to deliver supreme care. I recommend Dr. Jay Horowitz 100%!
