The entire staff at JPT Milltown is amazing. Ive been there for two different surgery repair therapies as well as family members being patients there over the years. I would highly recommend JPT for any and all types of physical therapy. Not only is the staff amazing professionally, but they are all genuinely amazing individuals personally.

Shawn Sterner is the best! He always takes his time with me to figure out the best treatment that i need for the day. I always feel so much better after my appointment. The rest of the staff is always kind and caring for all of my needs. Koto's to all!

My husband went for treatment and they continue led to let him attend 46 sessions WITHOUT first clearing with our insurance. They came after us for thousands of $$$. They threatened to send me to collections so I just paid the money. What kind of place renders service, doesn't get paid, and threatens a customer? If they are not getting paid, they should never have let him through the door. Period. Do not go here. Very disorganized billing and you could get stuck with a huge bill.

Sean M is the absolute best. I've been to the chain PT places and nothing beats Jersey PT. Sean is super knowledgeable and seasoned. He knows his stuff. Unfortunately I'm back to PT for a knee issue but know I'm in good hands! I love that they don't overbook as well. You are in and out quickly.

Just graduated from PT for my knee and so thankful for both Sean’s and Mike for their help in recovering. Everyone was friendly and can see that they meet everyone where they are in their abilities to build onto their strength. Worked well with my insurance that made it sustainable for me to stay with my treatment plan.

He was very kind and compassionate and a pleasure to work with.The staff that worked with me were also very nice and helpful. JPT and Dr Steven Orovsky were extremely professional, reassuring, and friendly. I appreciated the help and support of all of the staff. I would certainly recommend JPT to anyone needing PT, and use them myself again, if needed (hopefully not the case though).
