worse experience ever, for a simple earwax removal , it become ear bleeding for 3 weeks, damage inside ear canal, and pain still lasting for months.update: 7 months passed, the trauma still there, constantly pain, it is not just a small problem. 1. He was 1 hour late for our appointment. 2. He touched the inside of my mouth without wearing gloves. 3. He sounded annoyed and dismissive in response to all of my questions.

I have seen Dr. Kenneth kaplan for over 25 years . he has always made a profound change for the better in my total quality of life over the years . his diagnosis has never been wrong ! He also preformed sinus surgery on me 3 years ago that gave me back my quality of life . Thus.. I Refer to him as...the wizard ! His office staff of years are professional and kind and caring . And staff always get me a appointment STAT When needed !! EVEN during the COVID out break and has provided a sterile office at all times over the years !

KNOW FOR HAVING MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS AND OFFICE STAFF HAS PLACED COMMENTS WITH 5 STARS TO TRY AND BRING THE RATINGS UP, DON'T GET FOOLED (READ FIRST). This place is the worst (worst experience ever). Dr. Kenneth A. Kaplan is more worried about money and his free time than the actual well-being of his patients. He denied service to my daughter because we were 10 min late even though we called ahead of time and explained we were running behind due to a car accident. When I requested to talk to him, he sent his manager, who took us to the hallway and asked us what was happening with our daughter, and after explaining that there was something wrong in my daughter's throat she stated that ENTs don't do anything below the chin. Then I was told he doesn't handle babies even though in his business card it states he is an Adult and Pediatric ENT. That he was not the right type of doctor for us and would refuse to see us. I felt a bit discriminated against based on the type of insurance we have.

Good experience - office is very clean and the process was smooth, I liked Dr. Kaplan, he appeared very knowledgeable and professional. He was great with my 3 year old son.
