Terrible doctor that I wouldn’t use for myself let alone my pediatric 3 year old son. She has awful bedside manners and is very dismissive. As a concerned mom prior to a surgery, I would like to feel comfortable in my concerns and have them answered in a comforting way. Will definitely not be using her.

This practice does not understand the concept of billing your insurance. Instead they send you to collections without letting you know what's going on. Dr. K is a good doctor. It's a shame she's affiliated with this practice.

My child became a patient during the first wave of Covid-19. He had surgery once elective surgery was permitted. Our follow-up appointment went well. Dr. Kozakowski was pleasant and professional.

My son have been a patient of Dr. Kozakowski since he was born, and was closely followed by her for 2 years now. Dr. K has consistently been amazing, professional and extremely compassionate to my anxiety as a mother. She has always promptly and very patiently responded to my incessant questions and was always available for appointments. My son loves her and feels very comfortable with her. Highly recommend her to all family and friends.

Dr.Kozakowski has been one of the most amazing doctors I have ever known. Dr.K was so helpful in explaining what was going on in a professional manner and still showing her personable side while doing so. We kept in contact via email daily where she answered all my questions and had a few follow up appointments which all went well. She had a genuine concern for my son and as a mother, I appreciated that! I loved her and hugged her at our last appointment. Shocked at these horrible reviews!

Dr. Kozakowski should be prohibited from practicing as a doctor for life. She does not deserve to be called a doctor. Stay away from her. Because of her negligence my son's kidney was severely infected and he lost part of it. I am going to make a formal complaint against Dr. Kozakowski to the Florida Medical board. I hope they revoke her medical license so she can never practice again.

She has a big smile on her online profile but she's so serious in person. Not warm at all. I didn't like how she did my son's circumcision at all. She left so much foreskin that I really want to do it again.for him. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would NOT go to her.
