Excellent service… I never have to wait too long for my appointment…as a matter of fact-sometimes I am taken in for my appointment before my scheduled time. The Women at the entry desk are always so pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this medical group.

Today I was told by a front desk worker who was scheduling my next prenatal appointment for 3:00 on a Friday, as I need it to work with my work schedule, that that was the last appointment time available on any Friday and that I “better not be late, because we don’t wait for anyone on Fridays.” I felt that this was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been late to an appointment, and I have a particularly tough set of circumstances to deal with in terms of taking days off from my job that I need to be mindful of when scheduling these appointments. The doctors and nurses couldn’t be better, but some of the front desk staff needs work.

I really like this office. Doctors and staff are nice and facilities are clean. They also have other services within the building. The only con I have is the time it takes too long to schedule an appointment.

I have been using Brunswick Hills for several years. The front desk are professional and polite. The nurse practitioners are wonderful. And, they are always on time with the appointments

I saw Karen Katz today. I love her I have been seeing her a few times now she also works Hillsborough office but I saw her today in the East Brunswick office. She is wonderful smart caring on top of things I can talk to her about anything personal I just love her and I will continue to see her ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Attention you girls....Make an appointment with Miss katz you will love her! you’ll continue to go to her! everyone else there is five star also, I personally like her a lot!
