As a PT myself, I knew I needed pelvic floor therapy postpartum. Finding another PT who would provide the care I needed was a task, but I’m so incredibly happy I found Christine. She is a master at her craft and addresses every concern that I have. I’ve had a wonderful experience as a patient of Christine’s and plan to come to her again if I were to ever need PT in the future. She’s truly best of the best!

I had a very positive experience at Mana Physical Therapy. On my initial consultation Dr. Haris Syed evaluated my condition and personalized a plan. He motivated and encouraged me to complete all the exercises. I was met with kindness and patience. I highly recommend This facility.

I've worked with Christine for the past few months on my pelvic/back pain and I couldn't recommend coming to her enough! Her attention to detail makes me feel like my program is very tailored for me. I feel so much better and have so much more confidence in my movement after coming here. Happy, calm vibes in the clinic that make it a very comfortable place to be in.

I started seeing Dr. Christine in my third trimester of pregnancy due to severe hip pain that was making me nearly immobile and a tight pelvic floor that I suspected could be related. I had never seen a pelvic floor therapist before and have been so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Dr. Christine is truly the best, she is so knowledgeable and empathetic and all of my concerns have been taken seriously. She has made me feel so comfortable during the 1:1 closed door sessions and completely resolved my hip pain in just 2 sessions! I feel like a new person. An added bonus has been that I've learned so much about pelvic floor anatomy which has helped me to wrap my head around labor and birth as well as the pelvic floor lengthening and relaxation exercises that we've worked on, which is an invaluable skill to have in labor. Overall I feel so much better and more confident as I approach my due date and couldn't be happier that I found Dr. Christine. I truly feel that every pregnant woman should see a PFPT and I couldn't recommend Dr. Christine and Mana PT enough. I also love the app that explains all the exercises to complete at home and the scheduling has been so seamless and flexible. Overall I've had a great experience and look forward to returning after I give birth!

Mana Physical Therapy has the most effective physical therapists that I've ever been to. Wilfredo was my therapist and I was very impressed with his explanations on why I had pain. Christine was another therapist who helped me. The cherry on top of the cake at Mana is one-on-one treatment at every session.

Harris Syed is an excellent physical therapist. I am a physician who has treated musculoskeletal disorders for the past 30 years. Harris has excellent diagnostic skills. Good physical therapists excel in confident and sensitive handling of their patient’s muscles and joints. Harris excels in this regard. I highly recommend treatment with Harris Syed.

Dr. Christine Martirez is a miracle worker! I had several postpartum pelvic floor issues prior to coming to Mana, and after just a few months of working with Dr. Martirez I feel amazing. She really listens to your complaints and makes you feel validated and seen. She is very thorough and incredibly empathetic - great bedside manner. Once we got to the exercise program, she strikes a great balance between being mindful of what is tender and also pushing you enough to grow. I cannot say enough good things about her - she made coming in for PT something to look forward to.

My experience has been great! Wilfredo worked with me on my knee pain and it has gotten better. He was very patient and we worked through multiple different exercises together. It has been a great experience!

Excellent location for physical therapy. I will always recommend my friend & family for physical therapy. My wife had hip replacement, arm pain & knee pain therapy & the pain disappeared with the therapy.
