Unprofessional and practically non-existent bedside manner. Oh, and not only did he do a cystoscopy on me without the local anesthetic that I was promised over the phone, but didn't even think to offer it until I was writhing in pain during the procedure. And then copped an attitude with me right after administering it. Took my business elsewhere and I suggest anyone else do likewise.

Dr. Feder is AMAZING. HOWEVER, his office staff are rude AND not friendly with attitudes! Half the time they are incompetent! It takes days to get a call back if you get one at all. Godforbid it's an emergency you better just go to the ER! The girls that make the appointments and actually answer their phone will not help you at all they transfer you and make you leave a message. They make it apparent they HATE doing their job and returning calls promptly.

Just to start off, being that I am a patient, the name on here is not my name.I was at St. Peters hospital for a procedure and something came up that the procedure had to be cancelled for more testing. Dr. Feder sent me for additional tests and I NEVER heard back from him or the office. Despite multiple messages left at his office, with the staff and through the online patient portal. As a medical professional myself who refers patients to doctors, I am extremely upset at this occurrence.

Absolutely BEST EXPERIENCE with a Dr in a LONG TIME! This was our First visit and Not only was the Staff Pleasant and helpful, but Dr. Feder came in and Spoke while LOOKING in your face! He explained everything so clearly and made us feel so much better. They did a couple of tests there at that FIRST visit as opposed to other Dr's who make you come back for ANOTHER OFFICE VISIT CHARGE! Very very Pleased! We drive over 1 hour to see him and it is worth it rather than going to the last DR. who was a mile away with an attitude!

Dr. Feders office took several days to call me back when I was having trouble with my pharmacy processing my prescription. The result was that I had to go without my medicine for days. Unprofessional!

Went to Dr. Feder back in March for a Vasectomy and can happily say I've had no complications during recovery. He was extremely respectful during my consultation and answered any questions I had.
