Called to make a physical and blood work appointment. Was told I have to get put on a waitlist since the appointment was over 3 years ago when It was in April of 2020 and he checked the blood work, months after that date. Unfortunately, I will have to find a doctor that cares about people. I do not recommend.
Made an appointment 9 months in advance. Got called a couple of days before, saying they have to cancel because the doctor would be on vacation. Rescheduled for the next appointment (months later). Showed up. Sign on door says to not walk in (during COVID). So I called the number. The answering service said that the staff was on a lunch break and I can't go in (during my appointment time). I call back again and the office answers and asks my why I missed my appointment. I said because the sign on the door said to call a number and they told me everyone was on lunch. I ask if I can still see the doctor, and they said no because that would mess up the schedule for the day...
Awesome physician! Office staff has improved significantly over the last year and a half.
Best doctor in the world. Helped me with my diabetes and much more
I needed to switch my PCP and was highly recommended to Dr. Terranova. I also know a lot of people who go with him. I had to wait a whole year because at the moment, he wasn't accepting new patients. I got a great first impression and feel like I made the right decision in that case. However, his practice is VERY busy so getting an appt or anyone on the phone is very hard. Something to keep in mind if you are a person that will need to reach them often. I read a lot of reviews about the staff and was concerned about having to deal with that, but so far, so good. Nowadays it is nearly impossible to find a great doctor with great staff. Unfortunately, the norm is to get one of the two, but not both :-(
Just recently had my annual physical. Love Dr. Terranova! Referred friends to his office. No issues with front staff.
Dr. Terranova is a good doctor and have been going to this practice since Dr. Lee's days. The staff is a totally different story, Whether you are making an appointment or refilling a script, you will not get decent customer service. They rush you, they don't listen and are just plain rude and unprofessional. I miss the old staff here, they were great. Considering changing doctors now
The front office staff are unprofessional and it takes forever to get through when calling or for anyone to return a call. If you get lucky and someone picks up, they always make an excuse that the computer system is not working properly. They take your information and say they will return my call to schedule an appointment. It is unacceptable for the same issue to keep going on for this long. The staff is so unprofessional. However, Dr. Terranova, I think he is an excellent doctor, but his front office staff is horrible.
I haven’t been to a doctor in years. A little bit of a wait to see Dr. Terranova but well worth it! Took his time with me and listen to me. The office staff was amazing as well. Very busy office. Had to call up about a billing question and also a script I seem to have misplaced. The woman that answered the phone was polite and very understanding and when I went in to pick up the script again they were extremely friendly. This office will be highly recommended. Great job everyone!
He is the beat Dr that I have ever been to. He is caring and kind. Explains everything and takes the time with you. He also calls you back ASAP. I cant recommend him enough.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
