Had an appointment last week. Doctor makes corny jokes. Do not recommend going to this place. Staff does not care about patients. they do not wipe down machines. Never will go back

The most enjoyable experience I've had. The doctor is very professional and gentle. I had cataract surgery and I am very grateful for the result.

We had 2.30pm appointment and they didn’t take us in until 2.55pm

I had appointment today. Dr is highly professional and very candid. I strongly recommend him for your eyesight issues. The office manager was also very helpful. I gave overall 5 stars.

Appointment setting and location map is terrible. This was my first time visiting them. Appointment 2:30pm Arrival 2:28 pm Walked around the location trying to find the map to guide patients to their appointment, but there was only a name chart There was no secretary to ask for directions. A fellow patient showed me the name chart to help me out. Placed call to doctors office 2:55pm. They have a 10 minute wait period and they stated they attempted to call me twice. I said thank you and ended the call. I called back again and stated i didnt receive any calls. And upon reviewing the number on file they had the wrong number . The appointment setter who set up the appointment a week prior had 1 digit wrong and it cost me a whole day of planning. I asked if the doctor would still see me. The answer was no. I stated I drove a very long way are there any other appointments today. The answer was no. The lady on the phone did ask if I was available tomorrow, but I work durring their scheduled hours and this was my only day I could take off work. I recommend checking your information twice before coming. Then come early so that you can keep your appointment because the location is confusing. Best of luck to those who scheduled with them.

An overall positive and relaxed experience. Excellent physician and staff. My only regret is that I wasn't aware of this medical practice sooner.

My husband has been a patient of Dr Su for a couple years. With every visit we are always treated with respect,everyone is so nice and friendly Dr Su is very knowledgeable and laid back. Recently, my sister and I went to him and were also quite pleased. Definitely will be going back for future visits.

I highly do not recommend this doctor, we contacted this doctor for cataract surgery for our grandma and the first eye went well. The second time was a mess, the day before the surgery no one told when the surgery was going to be done. The next day, I called the front desk to change the appointment and said it was our responsibility and deducted $100 from us. After a few weeks of final change, the patient was ready - with daily eye drops. We finally got through the phone the day before and was told that we were not on the list and that we had to do a pre-operative examination all over again, which was unacceptable to us. We made a request to make an appointment to see Dr. Su, but the time was changed repeatedly by the front desk. The final result was that Dr. Su refused to accept the patient! again, which was unacceptable to us.
