Very caring, thoughtful, smart, friendly, courteous and patient. Has been my daughter’s doctor since birth and absolutely would recommend to anyone who needs a pediatrician for their children.
Horrible
Genuinely a nice person. This story, however, explains all. When asked about a potential drug interaction, Dr. Tuck advised we call to speak to the pharmacist. Thought that's what medical school was for. Another time, we received a call back when she was on call. We were instantly dismissed as she was at her Church group. Stay away!
We loved Dr. Tuck but unfortunately had to leave USA and relocate to Canada where we till date haven’t found a team of paediatricians as excellent as TFT Pediatrics. Dr. Tuck was our primary doctor from the day our twins were born. She is very gentle and kind, patient and caring. She has extremely gentle hands when dealing with newborns, especially during vaccines. What left an everlasting mark on us was when one of kids was 3 and due to a stomach bug started throwing up repeatedly one evening. Dr. Tuck was the doctor on call that night and she called us at 2AM to find out if our child’s vomiting had stopped, if we were being able to give her Pedialyte (because our toddlers hated Gatorade) per instructions (1 tsp every 5 mins) and asked us to keep her informed about our child’s condition by calling in at the office in the morning. As a mother I was so touched by her concern and caring that I’ll forever consider ourselves lucky that we got TFT Pediatrics as our paediatricians for the first almost 5 years of our children’s lives.
After reading some of the odd reviews on Dr. Tuck, my daughter and I felt the need to post our own review. My children are 14 and 12 and have been with this practice since birth. Dr. Tuck was part-time in the beginning but she is now there full time. My daughter sees her regularly and loves her. She listens carefully to what I have to say and then asks my daughter questions and truly listens to her responses. My daughter has never felt uncomfortable during any of her examinations and we have always been very pleased with the care received at Tiefenbrunn, Fortin and Tuck Pediatrics.
The Doctor's at this practice are excellent. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because of a staff member who refuses to put you in touch with any of the doctors, always tries to answer questions and has been wrong every sinle time and is quite condescending.
it is a good office, beside the fact that waiting time is about 40 minutes for the doctor. seating in the room and waiting for the doctor can be very frustrating.
Hi, this is coming from a young girl recently coming from a vist with dr tuck. I have to say she is quick and her nurse does most of the work, and if you don't want them to touch you in a certain place they still do it. To be honest I truly hate this doctor, she spends no time with you and doesn't listen to a thing you have to say. I guess what I am saying is that if you are looking for a doctor for sixth grade shot or check ups this is not the doctor for you. After the vist I cried and cried on my bed complaining that I never want to go there again, they touched me in places I didn't want them too. They are the worst doctors ever and my old doctor jabbed the needles in to my leg and this doctor is worst than that. I would not recommend going to this doctor at all.
I love Dr. Tuck. She is a mother herself and knows what we are going through. She has been understanding, kind and caring to me. As a new first time mother I have a zillion questions and she never made me feel stupid. My daughter had a weight gaining issue and she had us go every other day until it was sorted out. Never too busy to talk to you. Staff is great. Easy to get an appointment and they have a brand new beautiful office they just moved into in May.
She is always patient and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers my questions. She is a wonderful pediatrician. The staff is just as wonderful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
