Doctor Boutros is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledge and very experienced. He gives the best medical advice. However, he is not very warm and fuzzy. He is very direct and won’t prescribe any medication unless you really need it. Doctor Botros treated my father saving his life from a terminal illness. I personally prefer his style of being direct rather than being a people’s pleaser.

Terrible service the girl on a phone is rude , trying to reach the doctor for 5 days left the messages and never got the phone call back This is really unacceptable and terrible Very disappointing

Terrible just terrible ! How does he have all these stars here. Something is off because I know its not because he's doing a good job. Elsewhere its not 5 stars plus.

Dr. Botros is a very knowledgeable and experienced physician. He is very patient and a great listener. His attention to detail is impeccable. The bad reviews here are either fake or for the wrong doctor. The fake ones are especially obvious when most of those reviewers only have one review. I highly recommend Dr. Botros…a true healer!

I don't understand why he has such bad reviews. When I went to see him I was skeptical at first because of all the other negative reviews I had seen but on the contrary I found him to be polite, understanding and very knowledgeable. He explained to me everything in detail and he was very clear and concise . I had an excellent experience so am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from

I've been to his office 2 x in the past 7 years and he is a great doctor who explains your procedure in detail. I will recommend him to anyone who needs to be seen by GI.
