List of Phillip D. Reid's Reviews
excellent doctor. very knowledgeable.
Very professional and caring Have been a patient for about 20 years. Staff is very caring and attentive.
Dr. Reid is the best doctor I see. He is very thorough. I am impressed with his broad medical knowledge and his understanding of my specific needs. I have complete confidence in him and I am grateful that he is my doctor.
This man needs to have his license revoked. Do not go to him unless You want to develop anxiety. He left me with going for testing telling me I may have an active cancer and I haven't heard back from him. I called the office and he was supposed to call back and he still hasn't called back. How can any doctor let a patient walk around for 2 months not knowing if they have a cancer or not that is active ? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GO TO SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR PATIENTS!
I had seen him in the office over 2 months ago telling me That I May have an active cancer. He sent me for testing and I have not heard back from him I called the office finally and was told he would call me after seeing his patient at 11:30 in the afternoon it's now the next day and I still haven't heard from him. I let them know how anxious I was too walking around not knowing if I have cancer or not having to take anxiety medication now Because my nerves are shot. This Man needs his license revoked!!

In short... a lifesaver! Forever Grateful!
I have been a patient of Doctor Reid since 2004. He is excellent, knowledgeable and a caring doctor.
Hope you can read the attached. This site removed my detailed review. In a nutshell, was there nearly 3 hours for less then 1/2 hr with Dr., but they made me wait approx 90 minutes for simple blood work. Not simple. PAINFUL - incompetent, unprofessional staff. I had to wait in tiny, crowded area with other patients (coughing) etc. Tiffany couldn't locate easy to locate veins. Jabbed in needed hard causing unnecessary pain whole time she was taking blood. (I've had thousands of tests, literally - no reason once needle is in that it should hurt). Dr. Reid saw I waited over 45 mins and did nothing to ensure I wouldn't wait ANOTHER 45 which I stupidly did. No CPT codes were given upon my asking. No Informed Consent about tests. Was told one test being done - there were several. And read document to see details of what it felt like during the consult to be a first time ever oncology patient. Not good (hope you can read attached). HIGHLY unprofessional office and facility. Packed though. Shows how desperate we are for medical care.
Doctor Reid is an amazing doctor. He always figure out what is wrong without ordering tons of test or wasting time , he is very thorough with his exam and very direct and specific with his medical care plan . I always leave the office knowing I got the best care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
