I have been his patient and dealing with this accident for over 8 months and he among with the other doctors and staff have made this experience easier to deal with. He explains things in a simple and straightforward way to understand. He is a down to earth energetic and passionate guy that I will continue to go to for any concerns and I would definitely recommend.

PLEASE READ!!!! I have been to 6 Top Spine surgeons in NY, PA, NJ & I have FINALLY FINALLY found the right Doctor! I was a bit hesitant to go to Dr. Klein thinking it was his father (former owner / retired) because of the reviews....BUT GOD am I happy I came and met with the son ( Richard ) WOW. Bedside manner was unreal. and with a busy office and last patient before lunch he sat at his computer and went through every disc in my neck and gave me examples and definitions to dumb it down for me. I felt like I was back in college. I have recommended him to so many people that are suffering as well and boy, I will tell you I am actually looking forward to my 2 level cervical fusion - I TRUST DR> KLIEN AND KNOW IM IN GREAT HANDS!!! DEF RECOMMEND !!!!

I can't believe that after Dr. Klein preformed a triple fusion on my back that he refused to take a call from me when l had a question. He simply had someone tell me that he no longer takes my insurance and if l had a question, l would need to make an appointment and will need to payout of pocket for a simple question! Shame on you.
