List of Steven E. Kim's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr Kim since 2019. I had been scheduled for a heart cathriazation and my preoperative testings showed a potential problem with my kidneys. Not only did he fit me into his schedule, assessed the situation and made recommendations to alleviate the problem. On the day of the catheterization, he had me admitted 2 hours early to start intravenous fluids and recheck results before procedure. Dr. Kim actually arrived at the hospital before the catherization to make sure everything was safe. He is such a compassionate and understanding physician. He never rushes through the appointment, and listens to any concerns I might have. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone. His office staff are wonderful, ways makes you feel welcome and important. They go above and beyond to work with you.
When I was admitted to ER with extremely high blood pressure, I specifically asked Dr Kim to come in and be my primary doctor from then on because I heard many good things of him. When I had to start dialysis a couple weeks later, he scheduled everything right away so that I could get all the possible prep before the first day of dialysis. He always concerned about the lab results if there seemed to be any minor changes, answered questions in simple languages so that I could understand, and cared about privacy of me very much. He is very detail-oriented to catch issues, so I am beyond thankful for his excellency.
This is a very nice office and the staff is great the doctor is very compassionate
Dr. Kim is a horrible physician and does not care one bit about his patients. He is only in it for himself and has no respect for those he treats. My father was rushed to the hospital under his care, and he never even called to follow up and see how he was doing. Shame on Dr. Kim for his obnoxious comments he made to me regarding my profession, when he failed miserably and fails to communicate with his sick patients on dialysis. I don't think he would appreciate if his family member laid in the hospital for days without even a phone call. There are lots of great nephrologists in this area, but Dr. Kim is not one of them.....
Dr Kim has been my doctor since 2011. He is thorough and very personable. He keeps track of my blood pressure and kidney issues very well. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a kidney doctor
First class doctor, well regarded. He has taken care of him pre and post transplant. My brother recommend him because he is well respected by the nursing staff at the dialysis clinic. Its easy to see why, he is very through and understanding.
Dr. Kim is an exceptional doctor. He's an "old school" doctor. He speaks to you in a language you can understand regarding your medical condition. He is very thorough in his testing as well. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
Very thorough. Speaks to you in terms you can understand. So glad that he is my new doctor.
Dr. Kim is a very thorough doctor. He listens to all your concerns. However, the only issue I have to date is the return call of test results. I have phoned the office twice and was told he would call me back when he came into the practice. It was after hours and the call never came through. I know for a fact that my test results are complete and they have been delivered to his facility.
Very thorough, very knowledgeable and caring doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
