We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Shankar. She’s wonderful and caring, always pleasant, and happy to see our son. She’s been my son’s pediatrician since he was born, now 13. We commute from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. She’s a great Doctor it’s worth the travel. Her staff is pleasant and always willing to help. Thank you so much, Dr. Shankar, for all you do.

Wait times are ridiculous for both Dr. Shankar and Dr. Saif even with an appointment expect to wait 2 hours. Office staff is a hit or miss. You never know what type of attitude you will receive from the staff or doctor!

Honestly, I would really like to like her. I tried for 5 years. I know she's a good doctor but the extreme long holds on the phone, extreme long waits at the office and rude staff have become unbearable now. I need a new doctor that will be available incase my kids are sick. It's a shame that she's a great doctor but the practice is run horribly. Looking for a new pediatrician...

By far the worst doctor ever. I had PCOS for years and was never diagnosed. I went to this doctor from birth until 21 years old. I am a female and had a neck full of hair and she always said it’s because of my race. The WORST doctor ever. 22 years old now and am now taking care of my condition. She should have her license taken away. The worst.

Worst service ever, no value to patients conditions. Even after clearly telling not to perform service end up charging my insurance and for my daughter's emergency visit first asked to pay for unwated performed services or no appointment. Very bad and rude service, I do not recommend this doctor or her office for your child.

She is an excellent Dr. I have never had issues - wait times are long but that is because the staff tries to accommodate all the anxious parents which is a positive aspect. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dr. Shankar . She has been my Childrens pediatrician since the last 15 years and I cannot say enough about her and her staff. I couldn’t have raised my boys without her support.

Impossible to schedule because no one ever answers the phone. Dr. Is fine and friendly but office feels unclean and staff were rude and unhelpful when we tried to transfer records after moving. So glad to be done with this office.
