Tried 5 times to make an appointment. Was told the first time they would call us back. The second time they put us on a waiting list. Got a text to call them back because they had something open tomorrow. Called back asap, was on hold for 30 minutes. Then they tell me they gave that appointment away…wtf? Horrible customer service. Better off going to CHOP don’t waste your time.

Dr. McPartland is the best! He is super supportive, caring, and honest. He is a major survey on my right hip in January. I was fully walking about 2 months later. He will be doing my other hip in about a year but will remove my screws sooner. He is very responsive and takes his time. His staff is also very kind!

I was blessed with the best by my Heavenly Father. My wife and I had the privilege to meet Dr. McPartland RWJBARNABAS HEALTH NEW BRUNSWICK NJ. Him and his TEAM made us feel truly confident that God is in our side, everyone there treated us very kind and professionally, there was lots of information about the procedure being done to our son but Dr. McPartland went beyond expectations even speaking in Spanish at times to make sure I was understanding his instructions and at the end he shook my hand with a really nice gesture walked away. I feel like we made a friend and not just a friend but a really nice and professional friend. Thank you Dr. McPartland and everyone in your TEAM. May our Heavenly Father continue with you and in everything you guys do!! Happy fourth of July 2022.

Tough to get an appointment, did not know they are always that busy...18 minutes on hold and still waiting after being put on hold. After 26 minutes waiting put on hold again to find my BB information. Finally after 31 minutes they gave me an appointment. Spent a total of 41 minutes for an appointment.

Dr. McPartland is the most wonderful doctor! He is compassionate & explains things thoroughly making the patient feel at ease. He did surgery on my daughter's hip, and she is already feeling better. Thank you Dr. McPartland! So glad we found you!

Doctor Mcpartland is by far my favorite doctor I've ever been to I have had hip problems since I was about 16 and I went from doctor to doctor till I found doctor McPartland and he diagnosed and treated my hips he will do his best to get you back to normal and will explain it to you very throughly to make you feel comfortable I highly recommend anyone who needs a orthopedic to go to him.

Dr McPartland was such a wonderful surgeon....after 4Drs and Two hospital visits Dr McParkland took the time and did exploritory surgery and removed a one in splinter that was enbedded deeply in my granddaughter s foot which wasn't visible to the naked eye. Dr McPartland took the time to listen and investigate when other Drs did not. He was kind, professional and excellent at explaining what was going to happen. I highly recommend him if your ever in need a a surgeon. Thanks, again....a great ful grandma.
