I went in for shoulder PT after a rock climbing injury. Both Austin and Steven were great to work with. They came up with really creative ways to help me rebuild strength in my shoulder. Whenever the program got too easy or certain exercises didn't work, they would make adjustments to make sure they were effectively targeting my problem areas. After a few months, I was able to go back to rock climbing! The rest of PT staff was super friendly and helpful too. The environment is really positive, and you can tell they care about getting you back to feeling your best. I highly recommend Trinity Rehab if you’re looking for a team that’s skilled, supportive, and focused on helping you get back to tip-top shape.

Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick has been great for me while I am rehabbing and or injury. Austin, Chris and Stephen and all the wonderful staff are great and knowledgeable. I am glad I chose Trinity rehab for the physical therapy plan in place. I’m just 8 visits I have shown improvement and having less foot pain and each day gets better. Trust the process it pays off on your recovery.

The therapists and everyone else who works here are great! The facility is always clean and the staff is constantly wiping equipment down after each use. Would highly recommend this facility.

From my first phone call I knew they were exceptional. As suggested by Steve, I started my therapy before my total knee replacement, and this was to start building my strength in my legs. The work of course started after my surgery, and I could not have been successful without every single person at Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick. They are courteous and respectful, down to earth, and love to joke around which made my therapy session enjoyable! They also challenged you, which I actually loved. if they did not challenge me, I don't think I would have been able to reach my full potential. Their goal is to get you back to normal life. My goal was to get back running, together WE made it happen. If you follow what they tell you to do at the gym and at home and you will succeed. I would recommend everyone to Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick....they AMAZING!!

This is my third fine going to trinity in east brunswick. The people are all very nice, fun, and outgoing. Fatsy's play list is the best. Top notch place for rehab.

Really helped me gain recover from ankle surgery. The staff is very nice and they make sure to meet your needs. Would definitely recommend, especially for ankle recovery.

I have had the need for PT in the past 5 years for lower back, shoulder, and knee issues. I started with a local practice, and then a very large well known practice and got decent results. Then recently I had terrible lower back sciatica pain and decided to try Trinity in East Brunswick. I never expected PT would be able to significantly reduce my pain level without medication...but the great staff of Steven, Austin, Lena and everyone else there have got me walking again with very low levels of pain. EXCELLENT group, and I am so happy to have found them. Thank you all !

I love going to Trinity Rehab!!! They have the best therapist and assistants too. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! If you need a place to go when your body isn't up to par, then Trinity Rehab is the place to go!!!!
