This is the worst doctor in the whole wold. She is a racist and as someone who is a women of color I came home crying because of her. Also she is SoOOOOooooo rude. She acts like were asking her to do 50 push ups even though I only ask a simple question. like calm down lady.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Fanous for quite some time. She is a great doctor! Caring, patient, attentive, responsive...the list goes on and on. Office staff is terrific! I highly recommend using her.

The best doctor in the world. Kind and understanding. Very experienced in her field. Always ready to help. The staff is very helpful and are ready to answer all your questions. I would never trade this doctor or the dentist in that office. My whole extended family goes there.

Wonderful, gifted, I love her. She's calm, peaceful, patient compassionate understanding accommodating. Her staff is on point. I've been with her for 18 yrs. I brought my Mom and my husband to her. I will bring my children as well. All her support staff, office assistant Carmen are wonderful. I love them too. Divinely gifted, This is how your Dr. and staff should be.

She is a very knowledgeable kind and understanding doctor. I have been going to her since I was 14. she does have a lot of patients and she's closed on Thursdays. As for billing I have encountered the same issues at almost every single office of ever been to there's always seems to be a miscommunication between insurance and offices.

Worst doctor and the Worst staff to deal with. Impossible to get a clear answer from anyone at the office. They take weeks until to get approval from referral and forget refilling your prescription. You have to call 5 times and yell at them to get anything done. They would let a patient die before they get it right over there. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Doctor Venus is also a doctor who just perceives pills to get you out of the office. Doesn't get to the root of the issue or really listen to her patients to heal them. If you care about your health or health of a loved one stay far away from this office
