I had a great experience at CVR. The entire staff showed complete respect and their professionalism was so appreciated!

The staff was very skilled and sensitive to my concerns. After a thorough examination, I was spoken to with respect and care. I would highly recommend CVR to anyone who would appreciate the professionalism from people who genuinely care about you.

Everyone was very nice. The doctor was very informative. They got me in and out quickly with not much of a wait time. I also had my 2 year old with me and they were very understanding.

Doctors, nurses and tech need to learn how to communicate with the patient. Never shared what they were doing unless I asked. Never explained anything unless I asked. That is not healthy as far as I am concerned. Sad.

Dr. Shah did a great job with my first ever Vascular appointment. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He took his time & was also kind and personable in delivery. All of the staff were great – they were helpful, pleasant, and maintained a clean environment. The tech who did my ultrasound was professional. After my asking for a better sanitation product to remove the gel, she left to pursue locating wipes. Coming here felt like dealing with trusted family. Dr. Shah was knowledgeable about my health topics of concern. He spoke in a caring & rational manner. He shared examples and that helped me tremendously. Concluding my visit, he suggested sending my results to my specialist which saved me a great deal of stress. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such transparency and relevance for a patient. His accompanying nurse listened intently when I spoke. She too spoke in a very relative manner and left me feeling heard & ensured. CRV has an outstanding quality of medical care. I had a warm experience from start to finish. I appreciate Dr. Shah taking time to go over my diagnosis clearly and gently. Before making an appointment I searched the reviews of CRV. I found four star rating and I can see why. I too highly recommended becoming his patient.

The procedure was a bit more painful than I had anticipated. Follow up appointment was disappointing as the staff repeatedly asked how I was feeling and when I reported a numbing sensation to multiple staff it was never documented or relayed to Dr. When I spoke to Dr Shah he said that I should follow up with my Dr because the issue was not caused by his procedure. I find that upsetting and difficult to understand because it's both legs and I never had a problem prior to the procedure. Instead of having a discussion about it Dr Shah and his team Unfortunately failed me. I now have to figure out why my legs are numb a month post procedure.

Spends a lot of time with you. The only issue is when I called I asked if they take my insurance and they do, but they didn’t tell me the office I scheduled in that the doctor does not accept my insurance. They scheduled me for treatments in an office that is not very close by.

I needed to be checked for a DVT. I was able to get a same day appointment. I was seen on tme and the techician was very thorough. I was also able to see the nurse and the doctor the same day.who told me that I did not have a DVT. I was very pleased with this practice.

The staff and the doctors were very nice and the doctor was very kind in answering all my questions. Did not receive and treatments yet but the staff, work space and doctor are off to a good start.
