Would have gave him two but he treated the workmans comp not the patient. Watch out with doctors like this, they only do it for the dollars. You could be dying and if your not paying to bad.
This doctor did not provide the best care for my daughter. I felt like he was getting a kickback from the medicine he prescribed her. While on the medication she suffered a seizure every month. When I inquired about a different medication he tried to intimidate me with the possibility that she could encounter more seizures. I would give him -5 stars if I could.
Seems like he’s just doing it to finish his career. Just don’t feel as if he cares unless you are paying cash probably, idk just don’t feel like he cares. If your a young person your just a easy payment and in and out and your a problem for him. Also whenever I call the staff to see when they booked my appointment cause I never know, I’m a burden to them. They seem very angry that when I finish my appointment they tell me ohh 2 months from now and it falls on a weekend and then it’s my fault 2 month from the date I went in is weekend and I had control over the calendar of that year. It’s like a lose lose with this place Never-mind I’m driving over a hr to see this doctor, where there are a lot within my area in Nj but workman’s comp couldn’t find one. But yup do yourself a favor find a place where they aren’t going to treat you disrespectfully and like a human.
I have not had the same experience as others reviewing. I've been seeing Dr. Wasserstrom for 17 years for seizures. I find him exceptionally thorough. When my daughter had migraines, I brought her to Dr. Wasserstrom. When my sister-in-law got a concussion, I sent her to Dr. Wasserstrom. I think a lot of people may mistake his quiet manner with a lack of caring, and/or not realize that neurologists, in general, have no bedside manner. Some of the women who have worked there have been less than stellar - yes. I think the woman who works the now is the best one.
I agree. The doctor seems only mildly engaged in the conversation being had about my symptoms, and the ladies at the front desk were just inconsiderate of the patients. Twice he kept waiting late while he ate his lunch, and the ladies at the desk were bothered by having to out down their sandwiches and snacks to take my co-pay or even acknowledge I was there for my appointment. Find another place.
If I could give this doctor and this facility zero stars I would . His bedside manner is so poor I can’t even understand how this doctor still has a practice . I did not once feel like I was truly listen to nor did I feel welcome in this place if anything I felt like I was bothering him being there. Not to mention the women at the desk while making the appointment and also while I was in the office were extremely rude and probably should not be working in a place where they have to deal with the public.
I would love to give no stars to this doctor and this facility . This doctor does not act like he cares about his patients at all, The entire appointment he did not listen to me and made me feel like he did not want me to be there and that I was bothering him . I understand that he is an older man and he’s probably sick of being a doctor so he should probably just retire already . Also When calling to make appointments the women who answer are very rude .
Bed side manner was the worst I have ever experienced. Dr. Wasserstrom did not explain even when asked questions about my health. The receptionist made several mistakes that I had to call and correct. Currently, searching for another doctor.
I had a great experience with the Dr. I went to him for migraines and I feel that he did an on depth review of my medical history and issues. He works with me to develop a course of action to help with the migraines.
Dr. Wasserstrom is a strange dude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
