Teena Varghese's Online Review Report Card

I was scheduled for a 10am EMG test at Vineland relievus Pain Management on February 4.2021. This is not my first time having this test done on my lower back. I was informed by staff to make absolutely sure that I arrived early and If I were 5 minutes late “she” meaning Teena Varghese would have me reschedule my appointment. But she has made patients wait well past their schedule scheduled appointment time. I arrived on 2/3/21 at 9:30am because I’m a US Marine and former law enforcement retired. So being on time is something I’m great at! My appointment time was for 10am and my introduction to “Teen” .. a (because she acts like one) was confusing and seemed in my opinion unprofessional and I felt as if she were talking “ down to me” in her tone of voice and dismissive attitude. She calls my name and I expect it’s go time. Instead she informs me that I could either wait in the office or go sit in my car until 10:30am.. I was confused because I was under the impression that my scheduled appointment was at 10am and the procedure may possibly take 1 to 2 hours so make sure you plan to possibly be tested for that period of time. Then she comments on my face cover which is a “mission” type mask easily pulled up or down. Apparently it wasn’t up to her standards and asked if I had another mask which I did in my car. A surgical mask. I’m a regular patient so I go to the office manager and complain and the office manager understood and apologized to me for the inconvenience. At 10:35 am Teena.. comes out and calls my name as the office manager was talking with me about the inconvenience. Teen.. duh decides to take up the issue in the waiting area and shows me a f I never seen nor received that conveniently states that you may have to wait 30 to 35 minutes between tests. I said I never received the form and can we please just get on with the test and Teena says that my hands are shaking so I must be angry. I said my hands always Shake which is why I’m getting my nerves tested!!! Anyway she refuses to do the test and I have to wait another several weeks to get the test done in egg harbor nj which is 40 minutes away. Another inconvenience!!!

I’m a former patient of Dr. Varghese. And I praise her work. I’m trying to contact her office but I need a direct contact number please.

This was my second visit with Dr. Varghese the first EMG she preformed on me was last year. When I say I wish she could be my doctor for all of my medical issues I'm not kidding. She's beautiful doctor inside and out. She is kind, sincere, professional and you know that she cares. I have a great fear of needles and she was so gentle and talked me through the procedure. She addressed all of my issues and gave me answers to why my pain in my hip and back may be related and what question I need to ask my doctors, what test would confirm my injuries ect. I would trust her to make decisions for health if I were ever in a situation in which I was not able to do for myself. I wish she would give a lecture because so many doctors beside manner suck and you leave your appointment not feeling confident and your issues are not addressed, you will never have this issue with her. She knows her stuff and she's honest and compassionate.

DR varghese recimmeneded the accupunture treatment which really helped.

Dr. Varghese not only cares about treating me, but also cares about me and my long term progress. She listens to me and asks the right questions to help not only me, but also to uncover things that may be able to help others. She's the best!

Dr Varghese was very good and i had a good experience

She explained the procedure and answered all my questions in simple terms. She didn't seem rushed or not needing to hurry me through. All of the procedure went well and the helped with the pain process and to keep me as relaxed as possible. Overall, she was terrific.

I have been here for test twice and Dr Varghese and Brandon are the best!
