Dr. Richard has worked miracles after I had a poor experience in Florida. There were so many issues for him to clean up due to a broken orbital and sinus bones. He is skillful, personable and always explains everything. I have ultimate confidence in Dr. Richard.

I made an appointment 2 months in advance with this doctor that I was never able to see. I showed up for my appointment and was approximately 5 minutes late because I was lost and did not know exactly where the office was being it was my first time there. The receptionist told me they couldn't see me because I was 5 minutes late, even though it was 45 minutes from my house! I couldn't believe it. I pleaded with her and she was very rude and nasty and I could not believe that they would do that to a new patient. Despite the recommendation that was given to me for this doctor, I believe that the staff should be a professional representation of him. They were very unprofessional and I will not reschedule my appointment with him. I am a nursing student and a firm believer in patient care and this office has none whatsoever. Horrible experience and not recommended.

Wonderful. I had a mess, just a complete mess with my upper eyelids not of Dr. Richard’s doing. I was devastated! Dr. Richard worked a miracle! He is a kind and more an excellent doctor. Today for the 1st time since March 2020 I can look in the mirror. I am so thankful. So thankful.

Dr Richard removed a chalazion on my upper eye lid. He is the nicest doctor ive ever had - talked through the entire procedure and explained what he was doing. My eye healed perfect. Would 100% recommend him. Super nice guy!!!
