Wonderful. I had a mess, just a complete mess with my upper eyelids not of Dr. Richard’s doing. I was devastated! Dr. Richard worked a miracle! He is a kind and more an excellent doctor. Today for the 1st time since March 2020 I can look in the mirror. I am so thankful. So thankful.

Dr Richard removed a chalazion on my upper eye lid. He is the nicest doctor ive ever had - talked through the entire procedure and explained what he was doing. My eye healed perfect. Would 100% recommend him. Super nice guy!!!

Amazing Dr. very knowledgeable and really listens. I had to get an injection just below my eyelid and Dr Richards was so gentle and patient. I highly recommend him!

My experience with Dr. Richard and his staff was excellent! I saw Dr. Richard initially, to consult with him, regarding an injury I had sustained to my eye....he is patient and caring and explained the procedure he felt would benefit me the most......... I recently had an upper blypharoplasty and brow repair.... the surgical team was awesome and I was very impressed how each team member spoke with me, prior to beginning the procedure....... I would highly recommend Dr Richard to those needing an oculoplastic surgeon!

I am a new patient with Graves’ disease. After meeting Dr. Michael Richard, who is very pleasant and intelligent he gave me all the time I needed to ask for all the information I wanted. He explained in simple terms until I completely understood and was satisfied. The staff at the Neigel Center was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dr. Richard has my best interest in his mind and I am very happy that I had the opportunity to meet him. I will refer any of my family to him, should they ever need medical care for any eye problems. Thank you Dr. Richard.
