Last week I went to an appointment and spent three hours at the doctors office to be seen. Next day I spent also three hours waiting to see the doctor costing me to pay someone to pickup my kids from school and also pay to babysit because doctor could not see me at the time of my appointment .Third day that same week I waited 2 hours for documentation for work about my illness just to tell me doctor never maid it to sign paperwork. They ask me to go back next day. Three days have past and no one has called me about work documentation. Over ten hours at clinic in one week. Ridiculous!!!!!!!🤯

Pnemonia He checked my nasal passages and my ear. Was supposed to get a nasal spray and something for my ear. Nothing. He was told about the lymph nodes in my neck, just to tell me that it was bacteria in my body. Well, the hospital told me I have pnemonia and they gave me antibiotics. He should have.

Ordering unnecessary lab tests aware, as 1st time patient, the exam is under 5 minutes, they order 15 lab tests (including HIV, hepatitis panel, and other labs not requestedby the patient) and the patient is left with paying a lab bill. Also, when you call to address these concerns, noone answers the phone.
