List of Alexander G. Salerno's Reviews
I had an appointment for 2:00pm and waited for an hour before being told I was waiting for an empty room. Had I not went to the desk I would have still been waiting. I gets to a room and still has to wait for over 30 minutes before someone comes in.
!Cuidado!
Minimum wait time - 3 Hours😡.
Not to friendly girls don't do there job and when ur appointments at 11am is still 1230 nd they haven't call u yet
Very thorough makes sure that you are up to date with your health report card so to speak.
As thoroughly interactive as possible. Taking charge of my health again .
Dr. Salerno is the best....been seeing him for 12 years now....BUT staff....NOT SO MUCH.
Dr. Salermo himself is a good doctor and the reason I know this is because I've only been able to see him on three separate occasions on four years I've had him. My reason for the 1 star review is because although he himself is a good doctor and a decent caring person I have issues with the way his office's treat patients. A few months back I go in with appointment already made not one month prior to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours. Yes, 2 hours... So I finally get to see some random female doctor and one of my questions to her is "Why did I wait 2 hours to be seen when I had an appointment?". Her answer to me was "because we like for our patients to feel at home and relaxed before we call them in". Seriously?! Smdh. So for the past couple if weeks I've been trying to make an appointment that will not cause me to take a day off from work and the only option I have is Saturday. Well I call today to only find out that I will not be able to make an appointment with Dr.Salerno because he will be going away for the next month and the only other option is "Dr. lady" who I won't be able to see until the end of June. Not 5 minutes later do I call another doctor and got myself an appointment for this coming Saturday at 9am.I will never go back to this practice again.... 1 Firm star and a very hard head shake for those who swore to help their fellow man thru medicine.
I brought my Gma here on 6/16 which is an appointment she had for over a month. My Gma has been coming to this office on park ave for over a year. Her appointment was for 915. We arrived at 902 and by 1032 was told that the Dr had an emergency and that she was next. Finally we asked for an office manager which nothing happened just alot of blaming staff and one another for their faults. She's switching Drs now! This is ridiculous. And then they make u wait in another office for an hour!!!!!! No give my Gma her medical records now! We're done!
The staff is really helpful. I feel really comfortable talking with any of them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
