Rude rude rude staff that books you the wrong time so you are a “no show” very rude and disrespectful staff!!!!! I’m switching clinics.

I have been going to Dr. Seth for years. I normally don't write reviews but I am surprised reading some of the recent reviews. Both him and his father are wonderful doctors. Last week when I went to his office - yes they were understaffed - but so is the rest of the country! I did see a sign that they are in a midst of a major merger. Perhaps the phone issues will be resolved when things sort themselves out in this transition. As with any service based business now a days, we all need to be more understanding with the shortage of workforce in the country. Go to Dr. Seth and ride out this time with him. What is most important is quality of care and he is one of the best around.

Horribly unprofessional and deserve NO stars!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Sarwan for over 20 years and since his son has taken over, it is PITS! They never answer the phone and the mailboxes are always full. STAY AWAY!

I have been having trouble reaching them for weeks at all of the offices. Finally got someone on the phone in englewood cliffs but she couldn’t give me any information as to why the phone lines are not working. I’m going to have to find a new endocrinologist and a new primary care dr

I just called his office for an appointment the young girl that answered the phone was very unprofessional trying to get an appointment for a new patient she asks what insurance I have I answered her question and I'm holding on she never replies I'm just holding the phone for a couple of minutes then I said hello then she said I didn't hear you so wouldn't you say that not just have me holding on very unprofessional I just hung up the phone I will find another physician. If I could give no star I would he needs to get better front desk people.

Great doctor Dr. Maria Montez Tayag But horribly understaffed you call they tell you to hold and the call hangs up no doctors on call they tell you that the doctor on call called you but they don’t call horrible Will be looking for another doctor this is completely unacceptable and cruel that they lied to you when I got sick on medication Dr. Tayag gave me I just have to stop taking the medicine and remain sick because no one ever returns my car unbelievable Yolanda Santos

Hello this people in the office are very irresponsible I been sending emails and calling leaving messages because I need my Medical record and they never respond back there customer service is horrible. Dr. Seth is a good doctor but the people that work in the office are very unprofessional.

The receptionist are unprofessional. Getting an apportionment to see a PCP a PCP is a fight.

Dr Amit Seth is one of the finest Doctors in the profession but his supportstaff and customer service is horrible. They neither respond to emails which goes unread for days and hence no reply. They never answer the phone calls and you just leave a message and they never get back.Even when I was there I noticed them sitting on their desks and the phones ringing but they never pick up. Such a shame for a wonderful doctor like Amit Seth to have such kind of staff. Time for fresher more patient centric staff.
