Took a while to get an appointment but Dr. Ruth Clark is very nice and understanding. Asks lots of questions to help fix the problem. Other doctors rush to get you out but she cares.

I love this doctor, she is understanding. But I’m not sure what’s going on when I need my paperwork sent to MVC. Due to important paperwork not being sent on time to MVC I am always getting my license threatened or sometimes suspended. Now I have to see this neurologist for another two years because of this , and this being MVC’s policy . A total of four years now with this doctor and I always have to worry about my important paperwork being sent off on time . One time I gave the office at least a 40 days notice and still had to go in to the office to have them fax the important paperwork in front of me . Because at this point I can’t continue going through this .

I love Dr Ruth she is the only doctor that finds out what I have, that you need to wait to be seen yes yo do but is worth the wait

Dr Clarke is a nice lady hands down, but she over booked alot of patients never get to finish with you fully before the next patient... .. give you the wrong medications ?? they need new staff more of a older crowd instead of young unperfessional girls..

I always have a great visit with Dr. Clark, she always takes her time to make sure she cover all bases with me and my health. When it come to my follow-up they call me and let me know that it time for me to come in because I know how much she care about her patients and I did work with her in the pass.

Arrogant, doesnt listen, makes absurd assumptions as facts, wild hypothesis, condescending, rude, impolite, careless, reckless, and dangerous. She was harmful to my health, literally.

This doctor is horrible! You go for an appointment and you wait for HOURS (from what we overheard in the waiting room this is typical from her and shameful)!!! The scheduling is absolutely disgusting! They say they will send in medication and they do not. When you call the office about it you get a wretched attitude and get told it will be sent in and still isn't. If you can seek alternative treatment elsewhere, she is a disgrace!
