Dr. Acevedo is a great doctor but his staff is horrible. I have had to call the office like 5 times to get a very important medication called into the pharmacy. After the 5 days of 5 calls the medication is still not in the pharmacy. I have had to call many times because my referrals where filled out wrong or not given to me and after exhausting call i have to leave my job and go into the office to get results. I have requested for Dr. Acevedo to call me but never received a call so i have chosen to go and find a new doctor. I have told the staff the issue and that i wanted my records and with no hesitation was given the form to get my medical records and find a new doctor.

Always have a good experience here, workers are courteous and patient and the process for Covid testing was smooth and no long wait time. They’ve been well received in our community because they care about our community.

My experience at the Roseville office was very great and fast, all the staff there are very nice and professional. I would definitely come back here for my future appointments. Great office and staff especially the front and check out dest !!

I went to the testing site at School's stadium. The receptionist was rude. However the young man who administered the test was very friendly, professional and helpful. Would not recommend. I also would recommend that the city of Newark provide them (workers) with complimentary breakfast
