List of Uzma A. Chatha's Reviews
Dr.Uzma Chatha has been my doctor for many years now and she’s very concern about her patients health she even makes sure you have your right medication and you’re taking it properly Overall she’s a great doctor
There's not a long wait time and the staff is very professional and friendly. They makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Chatha is very good at what she does. I like her service.
Dr. Uzma Chatha is the best physician i know. She always nice, attentive,, caring and very good at what she does. She addresses any concerns, go above and beyond to treat her patients. I surely recommend Dr Chatha to everyone that I know..The staff is excellent and nice as well together make a great team.
I will recommend anyone to Dr. Uzma Chatha, she is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Who cares about her patients ❤️
The receptionists at the front desk are always nice and friendly but the actual doctor is nonchalant and passive aggressive at best. I asked her to explain a procedure she was doing and was met with an attitude and a condescending tone. Just because most of your patients are geriatric and black doesn’t mean you get to write them off and give them lackluster treatment. And stop deleting reviews!!
I DO NOT recommend Dr. Chatha's office. Not only is this team negligent, but it appears as if they are trained to not acknowledge their mistakes, and they will do so by silencing you. My mother-in-law has been terminally ill and family members from all around have traveled to care for her. As such, we needed FMLA forms signed by Dr. Chatha's office to facilitate her care. I've had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Patricia, the most callous and combative customer service representative I've ever had to deal with. She is constantly cutting me off mid-sentence, and will not allow me to explain the situation fully, which ultimately leads to a shouting match. I spent a majority of yesterday trying to contact their office to confirm if a fax I sent LAST WEEK, was received and processed. We cannot receive faxes so I wanted to communicate to their office that I would have the forms picked-up. But no, they faxed the forms. Did I receive a call-back from the messages I sent yesterday? Nope. I tried to explain the situation, but before I could finish my sentence, Patricia cuts me off! Proper customer service training would tell you to allow the customer to speak AND THEN respond. But I assume she is cutting me off as a means to cover-up their mistakes. I have never ever dealt with someone so unprofessional, but what makes it worse is that this is the 2nd time I needed to deal with Patricia, and this is the 2nd time I've received such service. This is clearly how they operate. My issue was a small matter of having forms signed, but what if this was an urgent medical issue? I certainly would not trust them with my life.

Wouldn’t accept me as a new patient? What kinda dr office is this when you get hit by a car you’re refused help
Truly cares about the patient and provides state of the art care.
Dr. Chatha is an amazing Dr. Very knowledgable and kind! I would reccommend her to any and all of my family and friends. Staff is outstanding also. If I hadn't moved away last year I would still be going to her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
