I had an appointment with Dr. Yanni today. While I knew he was extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise, today I got to see how he is also very kind and empathetic. I got a little overwhelmed by what my MRI was showing and with all the aches and pains that come with getting older., I thought I was going to breakdown and cry. As busy as Dr Yanni is, he stopped and came towards me, took my hand and consoled me by telling me no matter what is wrong we will take care of it.. It is not often that you get a doctor who is not only proficient in his field, but also takes the time to be a compassionate human being. Thank you Dr. Yanni.

First and foremost, I feel so much better since starting pain management with Dr. Yanni and the staff at the Spine Institute of North America. I am a 61 year old male, I have owned a landscaping business in Mercer County for the past 37 years. I no longer engage in any labor activities as part of my job. I have had several operations including; 2 spinal fusions to my S-spine and both of my hips have been replaced. Degenerative disc disease affects my C-spine which is what I am seeking treatment for with Dr. Yanni. The treatments I have utilized are steroid injections, anti-inflammatory / pain medication, nerve ablation and physical therapy. The combination of the various treatments have resulted in a pain drop from a daily high of 6/7 down to a very manageable high of about 3/4 and this high is no longer daily. Some days I almost feel pain free. The combination of treatments seems to be the reason for my success. If I had to look at a one treatment as the best I think the nerve ablation may have been the final hurdle, but again, the combinations of treatments seems to be the driving force behind the lasting relief. The staff is very friendly. In particular, I feel very comfortable with Alexa Nappi, Dr. Yanni's PA. I feel like she knows who I am, has concern for my well-being and is connected to the issues I have. Alexa suggests treatments that are of value to me as a a patient. This is important because sometimes in these situations you may feel that the treatments are nothing more than a shot in the dark and there is little or no change to the pain, but this has not been the case. I am back to exercising, I can walk long distances again and with my neck pain I can sit at my desk or engage in my hobby activities with out having to stop every 30 minutes for rest or an ice pack. You have to put in the work in order to gain success, so follow the program. I believe that the team, at The Spine Institute of North America, gives you the best shot for successful pain management that is available in our area. Good Luck!!

Dr. Yanni is one my favorite Doctor's. He's Proven himself to me over 12 years with my Chronic pain.Particularly with the in being Personable ,and Articulate in procedure and process . DR.Yanni has been Exemplary in my treatments. Most of all Considerate of time ,and Passionately devoted to find my healthy Wellbeing. Iam Grateful for his Unmerited support in this experience . The supporting cast is the primary reason he is as Good as he is . The are Personsalbe,Considerate Helpful, as could one could ask Thank you for bringing me to a healthier place

This clown is horrible. Worst experience I've ever had at any doctors office. This guy is just looking to extract money out of patients that are suffering at his hand. Do yourself a favor and go to a real medical Doctor and not this unscrupulous and awful villain. .

Dr. Yanni is amazing. He treats you with kindness, care, and respect. He treated my mom for back, neck, shoulders, hips, and leg pain. He discovered that my mom's problems were caused by her overly large sized breasts. He recommended her to the best doctors in town. He provided us with a list of great doctors within 48 hours. I highly recommend him because he is caring and not materialistic.

Excellent ability to diagnose and treat chronic pain.. Fantastic bedside manner and ability to understand and customize treatment.

Dr Yanni and his team are quite professional. They explained the recommended procedures, a Transection and Avulsion of Extraspinal Nerves, on each side of my spine. The objective was to eliminate the pain in my lower facet joints. The two procedures, one for each side, worked. I'm not 100% pain free yet, but expect to be. In any case, I have substantial relief. A for professionalism and for a caring process. A+ if all pain ultimately goes away.

I put my faith in DrYanni. He told he knew what my back issue was.I let him perform two painless procedures,and now back to golf..for me that's a home run..... to play again without pain. PA Alexi, Dr Yanni's right hand woman, Is very smart and more than competent. Terrific duo.

I went to Dr. Yanni for the first time , sometime in 2007. I had had a four level fusion. Dr. Yanni first helped me get off of some powerful pain medications. Then, as I started to have more pain, he gave me some spinal injections that helped me tremendously! As my fusion failed, he wasn’t afraid to give me pain medication as I needed it. He is probably the kindest, most caring and most empathetic doctor I’ve ever been to. The only reason I’m not with him today is because he moved out of my town which was extremely upsetting. I will definitely send anyone I know with a back problem to Dr. Yanni!

They are amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
