Spent 2 minutes in total; he did not address our basic concerns and comes out as uncourteous. Not a pleasant experience. I don’t recommend him.

He is a very sweet and caring doctor. Been having a psoriasis outbreak for a month now and was given a biologic, fingers crossing it works but Dr. Nieves and very understanding and compassionate. Wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Nieves was in room for total of 3 minutes. He looked at his smart watch every time an app notified him. He made no greetings, so unprofessional, no after care advice. AVOID this Doctor!

This was my first time with Dr Nieves I’ve been a patient of Windsor Dermatology for many years, I have always been happy with my visit, but this time I was very happy and impressed with Dr David Nieves, he listened to what I had to say, and took care of each of my issues, and I am confident in his diagnosis and treatment.

Don’t see Dr. Nieves if the cosmetic appearance of your skin is important to you. He gouged out a basal cell carcinoma with all the finesse of a battle field surgeon. I was left with an unsightly scar. Have since switched to a dermatologist who takes their time and realizes that cosmetic appearance matters.

Dr. Nieves is horrible. Zero bedside manner and no personality. He has scalped me for a small cyst on my head. It will take years to grow back to the proper length. Women- stay away from him if you’re concerned about your appearance. He absolutely DOES NOT CARE.

I’m a physician with 23 years of clinical experience. I defend my colleagues and peers under almost any circumstance. This is the first review that I have ever written. Dr. Nieves : - Does not properly review medical history. - Does not properly review medication history. - Does not consider possible drug interactions. - Does not review risks/benefits/and complications of medications. - Is careless. - Is arrogant. - Is not caring. - Is not kind. - Has a poor bedside manner. - Is not thorough. - Does not explain his medical decisions. In summary, his care is downright dangerous. He makes egregious careless errors regarding possible adverse effects of medications in regards to specific disease states. I fear that he will cause terrible medical harm. And he also commits billing fraud.

My friend is a patient of his and spoke highly of him so I made an appointment for yesterday. Had a terrible experience. Went in for my infected nose piercing. The physician's assistant asked me several questions and told me that the doctor would likely have me take my piercing out to see exactly what's going on. He was in the room for barely 2 minutes. He did not ask me to take my piercing out, barely asked me any questions so I was offering information and barely getting response. The piercing bump was more crusted over than usual because it was early in the morning and he told me he could not see the issue and that I should come back when it’s more flared up. Mind you I have had this infection since NOVEMBER! Which he didn’t even ask he only asked when I got it pierced. He told me he wasn’t telling me to get lost but I felt very dismissed and unheard. He wrote me a note to give the front desk so I could get a same day appointment when I needed. Today, which is the next day, I called in and they’re telling me he is not available in the near future and that I can maybe see an assistant. Such a scam and waste of insurance to not be treated at all!

Dr. Nieves was wonderful. Yes, he diagnosed my problem quickly, but that was why I was there ! I got the medication I needed and could start within the hour. Yes, I was surprised by a diagnosis of shingles, but finding it quickly and starting the medication promptly is key to minimizing symptoms and longer term complications. He answered my questions and I was off to the pharmacy. I am very pleased. Staff at the front desk was courteous and pleasant too
