when I had my first appointment I was nervous as I was looking for a new primary. I was greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile. the ladies helped me with the paperwork needed. once I met with Dr.Kotok all my fears went away of finding a new doctor. she was kind, knowledgable and took her time with me. she reassured me she would help me and do whatever she could to make me feel better and at ease. im happy I found her and that she is my new primary. I would highly recommend her for your care and this establishment.

Dr. Wong is a cold, uncaring doctor. He seems constantly suspicious of his patients, which is a super bizarre quality in a doctor. My insurance requires referrals and he is so unwilling to give them, to the point where its absurd, because he also is very unwilling to make any formal diagnosis or suggestions... I was being treated by a dermatologist for an ongoing condition and I needed a new referral since some time had passed since my last appointment and he was refusing to provide a referral. You're a GP (and a lousy one). Not a dermatologist. You don't work for my insurance company, so why are you protecting their interest and not your actual patients? The final straw was my next visit, when he did not take my concerns regarding pain and woman's health seriously what so ever, and that's when I said, "enough".

First off, EVERY single office is closed from noon until 1:00. Can't get through to ANYONE, even through the answering service (they just tell you that all the offices are closed). Unbelievably inconsiderate. Customer-centric? Yep, NOT. 1 Star (at best). Then, I found (another major challenge!) the Corporate office #. Guess what? 100% automated. Can't get through to a person, plus the Choices I selected didn't work. They just dump you into a voicemail system that encourages you to leave a detailed message (I did) and promised a callback within 24 hours. It's now about 30 hours, and still no callback. All for a simple request to expedite sending my medical records to my (hopefully) new PCP, now that I moved out of state; and the PCP's here want to see my records, before accepting me as a new patient ... and Family Practice of Centra State's automated message says they'll get to it in "7-to-30" days. Meanwhile, I can't get a PCP until the incredibly momentous task of sending my records gets completed. My voicemessage said all of this. If you want to hear the end of this saga, I'd advise taking a nap, at the very least ... more likely, I'd bet you'd have time for an extended vacation before I hear back, based on the lack of response to date, from people who either can't count to 24 or have no regard for their stated commitment to respond within 24 hours. Welcome to the advantages of becoming part of, what is it?, Ringling Brothers/Barnum ... wait, no, that's not it. I dunno. Sure feels unaccessable and frustrating and comical, though. So, SIGN UP!I YOU TOO CAN GET TREATED JUST LIKE THIS 👍.

This place totally sucks! They changed my appointment from 11:05 to 10:50, the day before the appointment via a text message - did not say anything about changing the appointment time to 15 minutes earlier. They did not ask me the confirm the revised time either. When I arrived at the facility at 11:05, they insisted that I arrived too late, and can not see me, instead, they gave me a new appointment one week later. This place is so unprofessional! If they change the appointment time, they should at least call me to let me know! I am not happy with their staff!

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office! They do not care about the patients at all. It is just an in and out business. I would get very little input from the doctor about my care. When my lab results came in, they never called me. I would call weeks later and they would say they were sorry for not calling. I finally asked Dr. Wong why he didn't call me and he basically told me that if I want my lab results, I could call him. You must be kidding me. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!
